It's McDonalds. Food is pretty much the same everywhere. Service is made complicated by the ordering kiosks which I find hateful when ever I see them. This McDonalds has a number of homeless people milling about. It seems they beg in shifts; new ones show up every couple hours. Creepy in an otherwise nice area

Service was fast and friendly. The food is gross and expensive. $4+ for a double cheese burger with tiny flat hard patties. I don't think it's the location, I think it's a corporate issue. I won't be back

Went through the drive through, order was filled wrong. Had to go inside to get it fixed. Person taking orders was difficult to understand, probably why the order was incorrect. Not much in the way of apology and didn't even offer to let us keep the wrong order 😜 (my son used to work at McDonald's and if they filled an order wrong, he said it was their policy not to accept the food back because they are supposed to trash it anyhow). Not trying to get free food here, but I have some level of difficulty walking so it was an inconvenience to drive back and walk inside, least they could have done was to not trash the food-but again, wasn't expecting to get free food, just a correct order the first go around).

Horrible Custumer service. I hope they keep the kitchen clean. I hope there is not rats around the kitchen.

There was actual poop smeared on the toilet seat, the staff ignores you for as long as they possibly can and over all a good experience.

This McDonald's has a guy in the drive through named Marcus. He's always upbeat and nice. I've tipped him a few times because it's rare to see someone like this regularly. He had a radio announcers voice. The food is always hot but mostly I like tgis one because of him.

I made it clear 3x no onion, it's a food allergy and to please change their gloves, dude purposefully hid onions between the patties in the cheese. Tried to claim it was an honest mistake but I know they never put onions between the patties. I've had locations mess up, including this one and make it with onion but they are ALWAYS on top. Go there at your own risk and ALWAYS check your order.
At 9:40am Sunday 3/2/25, Some lady kept interrupting us while we were trying to order. While we were ordering she was arguing and not being patient with what we were saying. At one point she told us to pull to the window while we were ordering

Ordered on the app and this is the 2nd time in a row they messed up my order and someone didn't get to eat! Try calling the store and no one answers, they just let the fax machine pick it up! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.....AND they get paid 15.00 (minimum wade for MO)an hour....??? Seriously, come on!
