Owners need to put stanchions around the drive thru lane so people stop entering the south entrance and cutting in line or cutting people off or lining up and blocking the whole entrance. This has happened numerous occasions. It's not worth getting yelled at and threatened by other drive thru customers to come here anymore

My wife made a online order of two adult Happy meal meals. Whatever you want to call them that they had and one kids meal one of that chicken nugget one a dog quarter pounder so my wife comes home with these little little packages and I'm like oh what's in it? It's probably about the size of my hand. I know this mine's a little little McDonald sticker to make sure that is untampered with is all ripped up and open so I open it and I'm asking my wife open yours so I can see what's missing out of mines open. Yours well turn now my little fried guy driver's license is missing and somebody actually use the code off of my meal to where it tells me. Oh something went wrong. Try again so I don't know what the code gets you but I hope this review gets somebody fired because they have to be on camera. Robbing in they mind, a grown person. The age of the recipient of the meal. Does it make a difference? You stole my toy out of my box

I've been going to McDonald's since I was born 8 years old. And have never been, I had the the worst service that I had this morning at the one on Hickman Mills. I drive a big truck and the lobby opens at 6 AM. It is 6:48 in the morning. The lobby's not open? Then when I wave someone down, she waves me off and says she doesn't have time for it, I can't even get in the door to order

The food is always fresh at this one not a bad McDonald’s just always cracks me up when you go to pay. You have to pull up close to the window cause the lady always sitting down in the drive-through. She gotta reach Hella far lol

This McDonalds is outstanding. I work by this location and it's by far the best location I have visited in years. I live towards kansas side and it is far better than any McDonalds where I live. Thenstaff is ALWAYS very nice and efficient. Food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this location for any time of day! And....I have never ordered ice cream and they tell me the machine is broken!!! 💥💥💥💥💥

Messed up the order, had to repeat items several times and still missed items. Food was mediocre. The lady taking my money did seem apologetic. Now I know why.
This McDonald's is really frustrating. They often close the inside at odd hours. This is especially challenging if you're in a rush and you purposely place a pickup at counter order so it'll be ready when you get there. Only you would now have to wait 15 to 20 minutes at the drive through and you can't refund the order if you don't have the time to wait.
