There is ONE exception. The mornings. Their morning manager runs a tight ship. The food is always fresh, the service is quick and doesn't give off the "I hate my life" vibes. I'd rate the mornings 5 stars But all other times of day 1 star

I ordered a kids’ meal, but they forgot the toy and the chicken nuggets. When I returned, the manager, even with the receipt in hand, got the order wrong again. With an attitude, they asked if I had the food with me. I handed them the food and thought, I guess Ronald McDonald isn’t the only clown that represents them. The parking lot was a mess, and it seems they must get a lot of complaints, hence the attitude and the spiral decline. After waiting in line, I finally got to the window, only to hear, “Sorry, we’re fresh out of customer respect today!” sad 😭

Mcdonalds does not have a hamburger meal so I always order the 2 cheeseburger meal with no cheese. Ive learned to explicitly tell them no cheese each time with only ketchup and onion. I say at the screen and the window, no cheese. My first bag has cheese on the burgers. I let them know and they take awhile to get out my new burgers. Still has cheese! I go inside this time and just say I need to burgers, no cheese with ketchup and onion. I STILL RECIEVE BURGERS WITH CHEESE! I don't know how else to say no cheese for them to understand. ??♀️??♀️
