Went for breakfast, it was like the employee had never been trained on customer service. The entire time she was taking our order you could tell she felt like we were a burden. Did not greet us, say please, thank you, or repeat back the order to us

This McDonald's is definitely considered one of the better ones located within the Kansas City metro area.

Has a drive-through with 2 ordering stations. No sign to inform customer to pull ahead. The food is always hot and the drinks and some desserts in season (cones) are cold. There is still a hassle when an adjoining business has a customer drive squarely into the oncoming one-way 2-lane back entrance. The exit should be walled off or signs placed at the entering adjoining exit from the adjoining business. 2-lane entrance off 1O3rd with 103rd Street's 2-way traffic tough to overcome with three different eyes needed. Youngsters 4 and under should be carried in with a hands-on controlled approach and also into the out-of-doors--> STEEP STEPS ON THE NORTH ADIT / EXIT... VERY DANGEROUS!!!

Our 4 year old granddaughter loves McDonald's and we were in the area of 103rd and Stateline. I her excitement she knocked her chicken mcnuggests to the floor. I went back to the counter to buy her more. The young lady talked to her manager before placing my order and they handed me new nuggets at no charge. So nice of them! We did pick the others up and throw them away. Thank you so very much!!
Awful. Just went today and I used a coupon for. 4.79$ meal and ordered another meal about 9$ guy at the window says 23.00 I said no way tell me the prices added up to like 14$ he goes it’s still 23$ like what. He then re enters the coupon and tells me I know owe 26$. I again ask can you read me my order and he just says he doesn’t under do you want to pay for it he says. No I am not paying double what I ordered. I just had to drive off because he couldn’t understand and when I said get someone else he looked at me confused and wouldn’t do anything. He was just trying to pocket the extra cash he seen in my hand. He’s not even qualified to work at McDonalds.
