I have been to McDonald's millions of time in my lifetime. I went through drive-thru and had some questions about the chicken sandwich I wanted to order. Nathan took my order and explained the breakdown of how it would be more beneficial to order my spicy chicken sandwich. I was amazed how friendly and kind he was. Customer Service is far and few between but this was SPECTACULAR!!!!!

Can’t follow instructions. I ordered on DoorDash. Ordered a plain burger, came with onions, mustard, ketchup. So I had to make another order, plain burger, this time it came with cheese in between the beef patties (the receipt even says “no American cheese”)Dietary restrictions: They do not respect dietary restrictions, and they won’t follow order directions.
