Ordered from door dash, they did not deliver one item which was over half the order and only partially refunded it. They kept the service fee & tip. The food delivered was good

The food is as expected for McDonald's. No problems with the food. I went in there to have breakfast and work on my laptop for a little bit. I was disappointed to find out that all the electrical outlets in the dining area have covers so they are unaccessible so I was not able to plug my laptop in to charge. Though it was quiet so I was able to work, but because of that I will consider other locations in the future prior to this one. The facilities were clean and looks nice inside. I saw one of the workers cleaning even though the place already seemed clean. It was slightly odd that the kiosk said my food would be delivered to my table but it wasn't. Not a big deal, but inconsistent. The staff was respectful and said sir your order is ready. They have a play place at this location. It was warm in there (during the winter), but like the rest of the dining area there is no accessible electrical outlet.

This McDonald's sucks!!!! They gotta do better!! I dont know how many time I have ordered something and they say ok but when I get to the window they're out of it!!! Like tell me at the before I get to the window!! Then we its substituted it ain't made right!! Im not tryna sound ungrateful but I paid for my orders!!! DO BETTER!!!

Been waiting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes and there was only 3 cars in front of me when I got here. Can’t tell why they are taking so long with everyone’s orders.

I'd recommend to not order here, you could wait around 20-30 minutes for any meal cause of their staff and it just gets so busy everyday
