So I spoke with a female manager on the phone after I got my order home. She said she could not hear me so went back to the store where another male manager helped me and was polite about the issues with my order. I appreciated that because things happen, no big deal. The female manager just stood there and glared at me which is ridiculous. She asked if I was the one on the phone so she was well aware of who I was. I even said hello to her, just a long glare back. Very unprofessional because as I mentioned, things happen, but this McDonald's has never been one to brag about anyways. Got my food and left after it was corrected but see photos. Gross! Honestly afraid to eat any of this at this point.

Better check your account after buying something here. The lady at the pay window used my card to pay for the person behind me. She forgot to give the lady in front of me her card back.

The service was just terrible, it took literally half in hour for the workers to get our food (which was a short order by the way) and there were also less people by the way but the fact that one of the workers literally said that they forgot I was even in the building and the fact that I had to ask the workers if my food was ready is just not necessary and they even gave my gosh dang milkshake to another costumer too and after I asked if the food was ready the entire order was ready but they just didn't give it too me so the service specifically just gets a 1 star and even the last time I went too that McDonald's I also had too wait for a long time and maybe even longer but this just gets to a point when it happens more then once

Did an online order they took over 5 minutes we had to go through the drive through to tell them what we ordered the drive thru was an extra 20 minutes long
Was in the drive through before closing with a confirmed order via the app. Who ever was closing decided to ignore the drive through until it was after closing and turned out the lights. Absolutely disappointed in the way they handled it. Complete disrespect for a paying customer with a confirmed order.

They have got to do better with their time. They move slow. I'm sure it is people willing to work there who's applications are still on hold. Start hiring so I don't have to wait 20 minutes for a fry and a smoothie in the drive through. And their ice-cream machine is always down!
