This McDonald’s never has their frappe machine clean, makes me wonder what else is dirty. I like to start my morning with a frappe and they literally have not had it clean for over 2 weeks. Who is in charge of this location to where they are allowing a vital machine to go uncleaned? Isn’t that supposed to be done daily?? I’m going to call corporate because this is seriously ridiculous!!

Order the new crispy chicken deluxe meal. I thought that when it says deluxe it has tomatoes onions pickles lettuce n mayo. What I got was a bun with nothing but the pickle n chicken on it nothing else. So disappointed.Parking: It's okay

They genuinely just suck. Every time I order online and go to curbside even if it’s for a drink it’s takes them over 10 minutes each time. If I had a big order I would understand but that isn’t the case. They’re food is horrible, none of the employees act polite and the food is either wrong all the time or it just tastes bad.

Had our food delivered and as ALWAYS! somethings missing. I've tried calling 3 times back to back w/ excessive rings and nothing. Refund? Pick-up note left- something! I'm done. I tried this location b/c the Hickman mills location, same damn thing. They forgot my Frapee w/our breakfast order. ?♀️ It can't be that hard to recheck a ticket. We're done spending money with them.
