I put my order in through the app at Wornall because I thought maybe it would be a better experience than at 63rd and Troost however when I arrived the app was having problems so I couldn't pull up my order so I went to my email and pulled up my receipt which had my check-in number and all my information on it. Once I got to the counter the cashier couldn't find it despite me showing the receipt in my email. Another woman came up and it got after The Other Woman for taking my phone to look at the receipt. She claimed they didn't have any mobile orders I showed her the receipt on my phone she asked me my check-in number and I told it to her which when she repeated it it was not correct. She was condescending and rude I asked her to please enter it again as I know it was paid for cuz I have the receipt and as I'm showing her the receipt on my phone she asked me condescendingly did you even pay for it despite me showing it to her right there that I had paid for it. And I asked her to please enter it again she goes what do you think I'm doing? And smacks the computer, I asked her could I please talk I asked her could I please talk to the manager she said I am the manager I said well can I please talk to somebody else because you're being rude. Then she goes and storms off and tells the staff that I called her the B word not to talk to me and nobody help me. Thinking there was some miscommunication I said I did not call you the b word I said you were being rude is all. She said loudly once more nobody talked to her and nobody help her almost yelling. So I finally walked out because I was afraid she was going to call the cops despite having already paid for my food, being nice to her, trying to be assertive and not being out of line at all I was treated disrespectfully, robbed and forced to leave despite my car, robbed and forced to leave despite me needing to put water in my car cuz it was overheating and being low on my blood sugar to where I was ready to faint because I didn't get food. Never again will I go to McDonald's this woman should be fired.

Had a big truck. Couldn't go thru drive through. Lobby was closed. Snowing outside. Walked up to the window and they straight up ignored me. Steer clear of this mcdonalds. Bungholes.

I have high blood pressure so i order a double cheeseburger with no salt no pickles and no ketchup. And they make it that way every time this is the only McDonald's that had made my order correct Everytime. I usually get it through the app so i don't go inside but i really appreciate them making my food the way i need it to be

Ordered and payed through the app 01/01/2024. Marked that I was at the location so my food would be prepared. Arrived to pick up and told it was too late because breakfast was over. I asked what to do about it since I had already paid through the app. We told that it wouldn't charge me because food wasn't picked up. It did charge me, the app states it charges whether picked up or not, and the only recourse I have is to go through the store location for a refund ?

customer service over several occasions has been terrible management acts put out anytime i have attempted to let them know there was a issue with orderi called this morning to resolve missing parts of a order i previously picked up thru drive thru and was hung up on by whoever answered the phonevery unprofessional
