I just paid way too much for a free continental breakfast. The powered eggs were extra dry. Everything else wasn't bad but the main tray was so bad I had to give it 3 stars.

We have always expected top notch and consistent service from Marriott but, we were very disappointed. The restaurant made a reservation for us at 11:00 am but were told when we arrived that they actually close down at 11:00. No help at the front desk with validating our parking ticket. We will be finding a new spot for our pre-theater brunch.

Luisa was our server and she was absolutely amazing! We had breakfast two days in a row and she remembered our drink orders on day two. She was so kind and sweet! We really enjoyed our breakfast experience because of her!

Made reservations for Sunday brunch via Open Table. Received confirmation AND A REMINDER before the reservations. Dutifully sent the “yes, we will be there” message via Open Table to the restaurant which I later confirmed they received. Arrived on time but was told they do not serve brunch, restaurant closed, but they couldn't be bothered to call/email or cancel via Open Table. Inexcusable. We drove an hour to get there to eat before an early afternoon show. Bar/lobby restaurant was suggested as an option, but it was very noisy from all the guests checking out. We had parked in their garage. When we went to leave, their gate reader malfunctioned. Took about fifteen minutes to get ourselves let out. NEVER AGAIN.

Located inside the Marriott Downtown. Wraps were delicious. Server busy but good. Not super expensive.
Ate there twice while staying in the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Breakfast buffet was basic but food off the menu was very good!

Ligia is the best waitress in town. She was very attentive and an amazing disposition. We enjoyed our meal and she was a blessing. I am thankful for our time in Kansas City and especially thankful for Ligia!Kid-friendliness: Formal location but kid friendly!!!

Pretty happy with the food here..the philly steak omlette used really nice beef, better than i expected. The hash was slightly undersalted but nice and crispy.

I called ahead and asked if I could reserve a table and the person who answered said they don't take reservations so come in. My girlfriend and I showed up to a closed restaurant on Valentine's day evening. Steakhouse down the road was alright.
