Multiple times I’ve been here and there are ice chunks in the ice cream. Even though it’s called ice cream, there should not be literal ice in it. Last time I came I ordered mint, and every bite tasted freezer burned.

It was a cool little spot. It was very busy so the wait was there but it was terrible. The workers were as quick as they could be an personable. Again, it's small so the seating was scarce but all in all, great place to grab dessert.

Absolutely loved it! I got the sunset snow cone with custard at the bottom and cream on the top and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It was DELISH. The size was a small. This will be our summer spot for sure!

This place was closing at 10pm ON my BIRTHDAY and we made it about 9:49 & they were so angry and shady. I understand it was close to closing but you should close your store on time that you have listed on the World Wide Web and not be angry or irritated at tourist visitors from far away states . So I used the restroom and came out .they gave the snow cones for free bcus they unplugged everything but they snow cones were not made with any efforts so 2-3 stars would be consistent with the service bcus i barely trust my food once bad vibes are included.

Every neighborhood deserves to have a place to beat the heat with a sweet treat. A place like Miami ice does nothing short of deliver. The staff will pretty much talk you into anything, but then again, the menu speaks for itself. The choice of the day and I just couldn't help myself this time but go for the Peanut Butter Fusion. A quaint neighborhood ice cream shop really speaks for itself, so come get some dessert
