As a young girl I remember having shrimp Egg fu young. It is still my favorite, and having Egg fu young at Ming Garden takes me right back to my childhood:). Great quality and flavor. The gravy is perfect and the egg patties have a slight crisp exterior and a nice light egg interior. Ming Garden is by far the best Egg fu young I’ve had in many years!

Excellent Food, very friendly staff and owners, you can actually watch your food being cooked which is a huge Plus for me, you can see the cleanliness of their kitchen, I enjoy watching professionals work their magic... I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I was eating here while visiting Kansas City and the workers were very nice and calm, the orange chicken is so delicious but very spicy at the same time, I recommend you come and visit this restaurant
