Autumn was an amazing server! She was very attentive. Food came out fresh and hot! Drinks always had a refill before they were gone. We Will defiantly be back and asking for autumn again!
Kid-friendliness: Everytime we come in my daughter ask to play with pizza dough and they are always so nice and quick bringing it to the table!

While the young wait staff was wonderful the older kitchen staff needs redirection. I placed a carryout order last night, a large thin crust extra cheese, hamburger, onion and red bell pepper pizza. I paid $31 and some change, carried it out and when I got home, I opened the box and the pizza was burnt on the edge 3 inches into the pizza. Two slices looked acceptable however they too were inedible. Sad, unfortunate, unreasonable and awful!!! What's happened to this location? It's just not good. Minsky's has always been my favorite. I'm in search of a new pizza joint!!! Stone Canyon, here I come!

I am more concerned with parking. It sucks.
While moving around in the parking lot it was 6 car game of Tetris. The Smart ones opting to park on the adjacent street off Barry Road. (Don’t know if that’s legal)
This location’s food is good/decent. I’m a big fan of Minsky’s Pizzas I won’t stop eating the food here.
The employees tonight had a horrible time, because they were understaffed. (They appeared to do their best without wearing it on their sleeve.)
That understaffed situation translated to the atmosphere of 1 hour wait, became 2hours. And grumpy customers turning into absolute princesses while waiting for their pickup.
You could see a belligerent atmosphere brewing.
I canceled my order, to maybe help the who ever showed up to work, and grabbed a burger down the street for our family.
Parking: Parking is horrible.

Order was estimated one hour. Arrived to curbside pick up at an hour. Waited 30 minutes in curbside spot. Called they said “I spoke to my manager, we are putting it in the oven now” waited another 20 minutes. Had to go inside and just cancel the order they said they were still about an hour until it would be ready.

Ordered one (1!) carry-out pizza. Arrived 25 minutes after ordering. Was told multiple times, "Sorry for the delay. Your pizza is in the oven." Took a full 58 minutes from the order until the pizza was put in my hand. I was order #175. I saw order #192 walk in, get here pizza & salad and leave before my pizza was out of the oven. They did refund my money. Only saving grace from me completely dragging this business. I love Minsky's, but this experience was hot garbage

The white cheddar mac and cheese pizza was sooo good. Our waitress, Autumn, was super sweet and super patient with the three of us. She went above and beyond in ensuring that we had a memorable experience. 10/10 recommend.

Nothing against the people who work here, but it’s insane to charge $20 for this. I love margarita pizza but this is the most flavorless, bland marg pizza I’ve ever had. It tastes like plain tomato sauce, I’m disappointed as heck and can’t believe I paid for this lol.

So I thought I would try something different at Minsky‘s tonight and order the fettuccine Alfredo, well it was nothing special. The Alfredo sauce taste like the same sauce I buy at the store. If I wanted to eat store-bought Alfredo, I would’ve made Fettuccine Alfredo at home.
