Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Literally zero service. 90 minutes to get 2 mediocre pizzas that they charged $50 for. Auto added 20% gratuity. All bad.

We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale. I sincerely recommend Minsky's Pizza Joint in Blue Springs. We'll be back.

Drivers are dishonest I have tipped on top of my tip for the past year. Yes could be my fault but with dogs barking and kids all excited that the doorbell went off, why am I asked for a tip again when I already had tipped via my online delivery. Pizza is mid nothing to write home about we only order to support local businesses sad it seems they are trying to shake me down.

Do not, I repeat, do not go to Minsky's on the plaza in Kansas City Missouri if you are a black family.
The entire staff just ignored my family for 15 minutes of sitting.
not once asking if we wanted anything to drink.
Kansas City Missouri is a very passive aggressive racist town.

We ordered pretzel bites that were over cooked. Pizza took about an hour to get our table. After about 45 minutes our waitress came to tell me that they were out of wedge salad. So I ordered a Greek salad which too much red onion, olives, grape tomatoes and lettuce with one pita bread cut up-feta cheese was very tiny bits. The salad dressing was all red wine vinegar. Very disappointed in food and slow service.

The last time my Grandson visited, he wanted Minsky's, so I ordered for delivery. his cheese pizza as SO over cooked that he wouldn't eat it!! It was trashed. So tonight he is visiting again and wanted "Not Burnt Minsky's". When I ordered I told them not to over cook it, but it didn't help. Was still over cooked. As expensive as their pizza is, I will not be ordering again!!!!!

7:30 on a Friday. Almost every table empty, but unbussed. A young man told us to sit “wherever.” For the next 10 minutes we sat in a booth watching one woman stack dirty cups and dishes on the bar while we were ignored by every employee in the place.
We got up. Put our coats on and left. Only the lady trying to clean tables looked at us. Nobody said a word.
The place is off the rails. Don’t go.

Bany was super friendly. He represented good customer service well. Full of energy & patience with my questions. I'd come back every time if he could be my server. He was so nice.
Parking: I be arrived at the right time so parking wasn't an issue.

We had a birthday party there on Saturday 9/14 and the service and food was outstanding! We have used Minsky's for their party room before and we always go back. They are always so attentive and the service and food are what brings us back!
Ok, whoever rated this 5 stars, y’all trippin’. Give me some of whatever y’all have. This dry pizza was $17. Best pizza in MO? How? This pizza has nothing on Pizza Hut. I don’t know why I try. Pizza Hut never lets me down. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

Had reservations to use private space in eggct. Everything was great and Alex provided excellent service even with the large crowd size and working another party. We had a great family gathering and the pizza as usual was awesome. This is a great space for any kind of gathering.

Excellent service and pizza for a large group of 20 people in their private dining area. Val and Alex were very attentive to our groups' needs and were quick to provide food without much direction from us.

Very disappointed in this location, this used to be my favorite pizza. I order this pizza quite frequently the same exact pizza. Recently I was treated disappointing by one of their folks she told me I should have called to tell them I wanted toppings. I order the tostada pizza it comes with them on the side. Because they weren't in the bag with the sodas as I just expected because they are each time she told me I should have called that when u place an order ro line u have to ask for toppings now why would I order a tostada pizza and have to ask for the toppings that come with it we had to drive back. Smh I order it all the time online no issues. Then tonight I call my pizza wasn't quality and the manager could care less it's pretty disgusting for someone eating 30 plus for a pizza of not more each time and I order a few times a month. No longer a fan at all. Service matters
