Extra star for having gluten free bread for the sandwiches with only $1 upcharge. I got the Aleppo Chicken Stack on GF bread. The moz was great and there was lots of chicken. I would have expected the lemon zaatar aoili to add a bit more flavor than it did. The biggest problem is the chicken thigh, which is fat slices and chunks that don't work in a sandwich. The GF bread was soft and tasty, but fell apart immediately (I looked crazy trying to eat this). I would return but would ask for the bread to be toasted to give it more structure to support the ingrediants inside. I had to order online and take my food to go (according to the sign on the door) so I can't comment on the staff or service. It would be helpful to get a notification when the food is ready for pickup - which most ordering apps provide.

Got it on door dash but was the best bite of food I’ve had in a while. Everything was fresh and delicious!! I got the ahi tuna bowl! I loved the cauliflower rice option. I also got a gluten free chocolate chip cookie and cucumber mint cooler! I loved all of it!!!

Ordered through DoorDash so can’t speak on the physical restaurant but the food was incredible! We had the blackened mango bowl, Thai coconut chicken bowl, kids chicken plate and roasted veggies. Portions were satisfying and the flavors were amazing!

We wondered if the place was closed when we went in. We went here because they mark the allergens in their food items. No one was at the counter. It was pretty empty, but it was a Tuesday night. We finally found someone to help us who was very nice. We will probably go back simply because they have gluten free.

Best healthy option in town!
We did a quick stop on our way through to St. Louis and we could not have chosen a better place. After five days on the road, I wanted something fresh and Modern Market Eatery did not disappoint!

Very nice people work here. However, the food is hot or miss. Good for anyone visiting from out of town looking for an SG knock off.

Fresh, delicious food! We had a Thai coconut chicken salad and chicken chili. Our friends had a salad with fresh tuna. So yummy! The manager, Melissa, was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we had all we needed.
We will be back - 5 stars all around!
