The meals and ordering process are great. Meals are low to medium calorie, great selection, great tasting, and low to normal levels of salt. I really like the ordering process. No automatic shipping etc. I order the quantity I want based on my up coming weekly schedule. I live close enough I pick up either Friday or Saturday.

I used to get Factor but I switched to my99 when I saw how much better they are at portions. Instead of 3 shriveled up pieces of broccoli, you actually get some substance here. Great quality and I appreciate the macros labeled on the side for tracking.

The food is delicious and easy to prepare. You select your meals in advance. When they arrive you place the container with top on in microwave for 3 minutes and they are ready to eat. Easy!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I have reached out to them, and no one has bothered to respond. When my meals arrived (I brought the package inside the minute it was delivered), they were barely cold, and the protein cookies I ordered were not included. I called to report the missing items and inquire if the meals were safe to eat. The young man I spoke with came across as condescending. He made me feel stupid for even calling. I was assured they were fully cooked and should be fine to eat for five days. I was told my cookies were not included because there was not room in the box? I don't understand why a bigger box wasn't used or why they weren't shipped separately. I was given a refund for the cookies. However, that same day, I ate two of the meals and had nothing else to eat that day. The food was bland and mushy. By early the next morning, I was very sick (I'll spare you the details). I was sick for two full days before I could get anything else down. I emailed and texted them to let them know. I didn't even ask for a refund. I just wanted to let them know I got sick. I have received the silent treatment since then. At this point, I do want a refund. I refuse to eat anymore of the meals and get sick again, so I am out my money and food for a week. My husband and I are disabled and on a very limited income, and I was trying to find a solution to eat healthier and not have to cook. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

I tried my99protein meals and LOVE them! I bought a couple of the entrées in bulk, the enchilada chicken, and the barbecue chicken and neither lasted long in my household! I will definitely be a repeat offender with my99protein meals! They were fresh and the quality was great as they were easy to make and tasted really good!
