Arrived around 10:45, didn't see a waitress for almost 15 minutes. Ordered a simple breakfast, ham and cheese omelet and friend had the Lite breakfast. We ordered at 11:00 at 11:30 our food still hadn't been delivered. Restaurant was not that busy. Omelet arrived without the ham. Waitress did bring me a half slice of ham. Was hoping for better as we frequent the area weekly.

As of Jan 1, 2025, they're CLOSED on Mondays. Small town diner vibe. Staff are always friendly. Been here 3 times. Love the free cinnamon rolls, somedays are they're better than others.
Parking: Handicap upfront, rest is a strip mall parking lot. May have to walk a couple extra steps but that's good anyway.
Really friendly and patient staff who put up with all the "old man" humor. Great food, awesome service, and love all the pics of veterans on the wall.

I have to say...Waldo's was a joy from the rolls to the bacon. So amazing. Buuuut....the true joy was being served by Phyllis. She was amazing and we will drive from Rolla and eat here again! TYSM for the great food and the amazing service!

Hello, first timer at Waldo Cafe and I have tbh... It was amazing!!! The only problem I have is that I don't live closer. Deanna was an amazing server. She was very attentive, and has lots of experience. Her banter was on point. And Henri ( the owner I believe) was very likeable and professional.
The food was fantastic and hot. I got the chicken fried steak and I was extremely happy w my choice... The eggs were also really really good cooked perfectly medium and brown or organic by the texture. My friend had the chorizo skillet and it looked fantastic.. they also start you off with cinnamon rolls and they were super tasty. I do not have a sweet tooth at all and I ate the whole thing.
I highly recommend this place to anyone. They seat super fast, the prices were great especially for the portion size... Tons of food. Fun atmosphere. A must try!
