We visited Waldo Cafe for brunch at 11am on a Saturday. We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the chicken fried steak. Our server was very friendly, the food was delicious, and it was served very quickly. We were also each served a free cinnamon roll-which was truly amazing. The prices are very reasonable compared to similar restaurants. Compared with other local diners in the city, Waldo Cafe offers exceptional value, service, and quality.

We tried this place for the first time today. We will definitely be back. We went at 11am on a Sunday. There was a 20 minute wait, no problem. We were seated and greeted promptly. They delivered us some hot and delicious cinnamon rolls, which were really good. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All of the food was hot and delicious. I had the corned beef skillet. They make the corned beef and slice it to order. The basted eggs were perfectly runny and the Hollandaise sauce was perfect. The only knock on the place is it was a little dirty but they were probably busy earlier and just hadn't cleaned up yet. The prices were really good too. We've found a new place for breakfast/brunch.

We recently went here for breakfast. First, just a need old fashion restaurant. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Place has a lot of seating. They start you out with a complementary fresh made cinnamon roll. I apologize for not getting a picture. They are excellent. Just the right amount of icing and cinnamon. My wife got the Denver omelet with potatoes and an English muffin. She said it was the best Denver omelet she has had. It was a lot of food. I got the breakfast platter: eggs, sausage and instead of potatoes and bread I opted for the French toast. As you can tell from the picture I started eating before I snapped the picture. Everything was delicious. A good hardy breakfast at very reasonable prices. Everything I look for when I go out for breakfast. I can't wait to go back and try them for lunch. They have a very big menu.
