My go-to downtown lunch stop. Best egg salad sandwich bar none (which are hard to find). Fresh and full! Fresh brewed tea is a nice option over the soda fountain. Add a little lemonade from the fountain and enjoy! Everything I've eaten here over the past 4+ years has been excellent. Self-ordering on mini kiosks (they have 3) is easy, food is fresh and arrives quickly and the service is friendly. And I love the classical music! If I'm buying the lunch this is where I'm buying it.

Neo- I was so disappointed this morning. Coffee was watered down and my breakfast sandwich...well I tossed it after one bite. Just couldn't do it.

Today the Bulgogi wrap was not good. The meat was greasy and the wrap dripped with grease. Apparently my order was made with the scrapings from the bottom of the cooking pot. This is usually a very good and filling lunch selection. I have been eating at Neo since they were the "Spicy Pickle" in the lower level of the Commerce Tower. This is now the FIRST STRIKE for me. After three strikes, I'm never going back.

So today Jan 27, 22. I went there to order an omelet on the side a crossiant. My first omelet they served me was starch. When I asked them to remake it. The owner gets an attitude and walks off as I was talking to her. The second time my omelet was over cooked a little and my crossiant was burnt this time. I just went on head and ate it. It was nasty and didn't taste very well too many tomatoes and green onions. I was very unsatisfied with my food and the service. Also they are over price on their food menu

The lady taking my order answered the phone right in the middle of me ordering and stayed on the phone until that person finished ordering and setting a time for them to come in and pick up their order. Then, finally, the lady asked me to start over. That's just rude.

No I just want the sandwich owner says "same price". Seriously total ripe off will never give this place a penny.

If you work downtown, this is one of the best quick lunch spots available. Very affordable and I've never had a bad meal here.
