A very mid experience at at a high cost. The food and drinks are very expensive for the quality. If you are looking for average quality food and drinks at premium prices then this is place for you.

I was so excited to try this place out, but will never be returning after our experience last night. Before I begin, please note - I myself, as well as most of the party I was with, have worked in the food service or restaurant industry before, so we totally understand servers being new or overwhelmed. To start: Our drinks took a long time to come out and the first round was spilled all over 2 of our friends. The second round was missing a drink, which didn't come out until 20 minutes later. Also, the music set up didn't work initially, so we had to wait for a manager to come assist. Despite all of that, none of us really cared and were having a good time. It was not until the next set of actions occurred that I felt compelled enough to write a review: When it was nearing the end of our reservation time, the waitress came in and asked how we would like our checks to be split up. Let me repeat - she asked US how we would like the checks to be split. We are all adults and totally fine with getting one check, but since she asked the question, we then told her how we would like the checks to be split up. When she returned with our checks, many of them were incorrect, so we patiently told her what needed to be changed and she left to go update the checks. (This is when things got fun) A manager came by to let us know that our reservation time was ending and offered to take the check of the only correct bill. We tried to explain to her that we were all still waiting to pay our checks, but she quickly left, unzipping and pinning the igloo door open - seemingly a tactic to get us to leave. After waiting for our updated checks to come back for several minutes, we decided to zip the igloo door back up, seeing as how it is 30 degrees outside. The manager promptly returned, opener the door back up, and we explained to her we were all still waiting on our checks. She asked if we do split checks, we say yes, to which she replied "You're not supposed to do that". She then quickly left, leaving the door open AGAIN. We would all gladly leave, in fact, we wanted to get the hell out of there, but we were trying to be good patrons and actually pay our bills. In the end, our checks came out even more messed up than they were the first time and that was the first and last time I will ever step foot in this place.

Came here for a stop on our group night. No one enjoyed their drinks. I ordered desert and it took 20+ minutes to come. We already had our bills and they had been picked up prior to a manager bringing the cheesecake to the table. I told her we ordered it 20+ min ago and she offered a Togo box. Not great service or deserts. We won’t be back.

Apart from needing 2 different elevators to get here from the parking garage, this place was really nice. I don't get out much; honestly it gives me anxiety. I got here during a time when it was completely empty and got to chat with Sarah the bartender. Eventually, my party arrived and Sarah did not disappoint. She was attentive, caring, honest and quick. I can only hope she's there the next time I go! The Espresso Martini was delicious. The burger was amazing and the fries were so crisp and crunchy. Looking forward to taking my husband for Date Night, however it worked perfectly for our Ladies Luncheon. Make reservations as people do come in!

Amia was an amazing server! She was attentive and excelled at taking care of us. She gave us recommendations and kept my water refilled. :) Currently, Thursday’s are half off steaks. Our steaks were ordered medium rare and both came out medium rare, this is sometimes a feat for restaurants. Both dishes were very good. The wedge salad was tasty and the Crème brûlée was excellent. The atmosphere is good; it hints at expensive and maybe romantic with a large glass encased fire “place/pit” and has city views with floor to ceiling windows. But then there are two large TV’s with sports on as soft elevator/jazz music plays. None of that detracted from the service or the food and they are currently remodeling. Overall we will definitely be back.

Way overpriced. $50 steak that was cooked overdone and bland. Wife's 6 oz filet was half gristle. This is KC, there's no excuse for shitty beef at that price point. The birria bites were quite delicious tho.

Worth every penny. Food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The view while eating was amazing. We will definitely be eating there again.

My husband and I decided to come here for a drink and appetizers. There was one girl working the entire area so I know she was busy but service was really terrible. It took awhile to even order and we were not asked about food, only drinks. When the drinks came, there were no napkins. Also I had to ask for water. Then when I wanted to take the salad home, I asked for a container for the dressing and no one ever brought one out. We ended up leaving. Very disappointed in this place. Save your money and go somewhere that will give good service.

Excellent service and food quality. Prices are a little high but to be expected in a hotel and on the Plaza. The quality was excellent and service was attentive and prompt. Ambiance needs some improvement. It is a little drab.

Nice view and atmosphere but despite being empty on a Friday night, the service was still very poor. Maybe a good place for drinks, but not dinner.
