We waited for about 15-20 minutes to get recognized for service at the table. Then it took another 5-10 minutes to get water or drinks. Ordered the chicken nachos, they were good, but I ran out of salsa and asked for more. That took another 5 minutes or so.

We had a large group so it's understandable there would be some hiccups. However, they were out of gin, plates, and other basics. The computers were down, so it was incredibly slow. Drinks were forgotten and confused. However, our server was fantastic and accommodating and we made the most of it. They missed their mark on several things, but we still enjoyed our evening.

This was not my first time at NOP. My wife and I brought a group of 6 this evening with others planning to join us later. Some thought had gone into this because we had planned to spend time eating, drinking and playing the available games. In other words we picked this location based on the atmosphere. I would note most of the group lives in Johnson County.

When we arrived we were disappointed to find the entire bar was closed for a private party. Now in some situations I would just dismiss this. But because of a previous situation where we arrived later in the evening and we're told they were closing early because they were not busy, I double checked their hours on the website. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE TO THE PUBLIC FOR A PRIVATE EVENT, POST IT PROMINENTLY ON YOUR WEBSITE. Not only wasn't it posted prominently, it wasn't posted anywhere.

I guess anytime you want to go, call first to see if they will be open and open to the public.

They would not honor our reservation, there were no tables available so we had to go elsewhere even though we had a reservation.

Great venue for watching the game. We had reservations and got right in. Very friendly staff.

Great sports bar with lots of screens and lots of game options like cornhole, bowling, darts, foosball and beer pong. Had a cool evening there. I can't rate the food, I only had a few beers there. Some of the service staff obviously didn't feel like it, but they still got beer :-)
