“This place is fantastic! I had sent a message via FB to ask a question about their menu and they responded back almost immediately. I have food allergies and I know most Thai food is gluten free but wanted to check. they were so help informing me what I could have and even messaged me back that they received my order and had it started. I highly recommend this place on customer service alone.“

“They were running behind on orders (online and dine in) and made it perfectly clear to customers that walked in (in a respectful manner) and had the absolute BEST customer service I’ve experienced, I think ever. The employees did not let it stress them and worked together just as a team should! They were so kind and I am so glad I chose to spend my money there! Good job to all!“

“I moved away in 2007 and have been dreaming about the flavors ever since. I even tried to get them to come to the lake, bring a Lulus here, so I could have lulus at home!!! Haha! It didn’t work out. We had a grand baby born last night, so trip to KC it is!!! Eeeek! Babies and lulus!! I called last night to see if they were open today and NO! Insert crying here!!! BUT, I got the privilege of getting Rylee on the phone and he literally changed my life and made my dreams come true!!! He went out of his way to make it happen, totally out of the box. The food is 10/10 and service is 100000/10! I can’t even rate this evenly. If you want great food, and beyond excellent service, waaaaay beyond, go to Lulus!!!“

“My husband and I decided to eat here late at night. The awesome thing is they are open super late. The food was good. The staff was super nice. We really enjoyed the experience here. You do have to cut through the casino to get to it so have you ID with you! I would recommend this place for sure!“

“Our group of 3 was impressed by all the dishes we ordered. The sauce flavors were complex and tasty, the amount and quality of vegetables and protein relative to rice/noodles was very generous. The spice level medium was pretty accurate for Americans. Portions were big, none of us finished a full dish at lunchtime. Prices are probably a little high for Kansas but the dish size/quality seemed worth it. We live in San Francisco and these dishes were on par with some of our fancier Thai restaurants.“

“First time in this place today, and we love it. Foods were freshly cooked, and still very hot when they serve it. Neat and tidy little place .... offers everything, from catering to deliveries, and you can do it online or by phone. We will surely be back very soon.“

“Tonight we came to Thai Orchid for my birthday and sat in Dylan’s section and he was outstanding! So friendly and attentive. He gave us just enough time without being pushy. Our food was wonderful and fresh. I cannot recommend this location enough. We ordered the soft spring rolls, steamed dumplings, shrimp yellow curry and the shrimp pad Thai. Delicious!“
