I guess if you're a walk in customer you get served first here. I was here for a delivery pick up. There were multiple items sitting out on the counter getting cold while the staff stops everything they're doing to help the people who walk in to order. Your delivery customers are just as important as you're walk in and order customers. If this store is understaffed then you need to staff it with extra people I understand being busy but waiting 15 minutes for an order is ridiculous!!! I had to cancel this order because I had another order in my car melting!!!

The food was amazing! We had never tried this location. I can honestly say that the service was lacking. We were the only ones there, and it took about 4 to 5 minutes for someone to help. Then, when asked if we were ok, my husband said, "Yes, but he'd really appreciate some lids." The girl turned and walked in the back, never too appear again. We found some laying by the register. We will still continue to eat at Noodles and Co., just never from this location. We love the Lee Summit location!! They are just the friendliest!! Always make sure we feel welcomed.

Seems as the portions have shrunk dramatically over the last 3 years. Before, you could have fed a family of 6 off a single entree. Now it's more like 2.
However, the quality is still delicious and worth the price.
Service was a tad slow but understandable with as many customers ordering at once. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Counters and tables are sparkling clean, as were the floors and bathrooms.

It's a base of noodles, so it's very inexpensive to make, but they charge a lot for this place, in my opinion. That being said, it was pretty good we enjoyed ourselves. I was just not pleased with the price
Having bathrooms were people pretending they are another gender can use is very disgusting and a guy walked into my daughter using the restroom that was dressed as a girl disgusting and not a convo I should have with my 6 year old daughter

Went there with my grandkids for lunch and had the chicken Alfredo special. Portion was good sized, flavorful and well presented/put together. I would recommend trying this dish and would purchase again. Everyone was satisfied with their food and we will return.

The food quality has just really gone down. I had the MontAmorie dish. The Parmesan chicken was so salty it was almost inedible. Then only specks of green and a few tomatoes. Just mostly pasta and sauce. Does it really cost much more to add more veggies? Also, it’s time for a new remodel. I won’t be going back.
