Walked into store today, ordered 3 of the easiest dish (buttered noodles). I was in store waiting for my to go order. MANY people came in, ordered, and got their meals before me. LOTS of takeout orders came in and left during my 35 minute wait. I overheard the front desk girl say, “ you need to redo, you put seasoning on it” (which I ordered all 3 without. Nice, but tell me what’s going on, ask me if I would accept with seasoning. They just kept on making other orders. I walked out 35 minutes after I paid for my order. Had to heat up my dish when I got home because it was cold. Must have been the one they got right at first, and it sat there for 30 minutes. A manager never approached me to apologize, heck, even give me a cup for a free drink while I wait, nothing. I’m done with this location. Been getting orders from you for years. Too many other options that will deliver the best customer service possible.

You get just a whole bunch of shredded cheese on top of water noodles! Why is this so popular? Gross! And it's expensive. I will not be going back.

Eric was extremely helpful when asked what he recommends, he gave me a few choices but what we cooked up was just what I’ve been looking for at this establishment.

My husband and I were so excited to finally share Noodles and Company with our kids. Unfortunately, it was nothing like we remembered. Four small bowls and three drinks should not cost $56. Dishes were small and and flavors were pretty flat. They tasted like frozen meals heated up in the microwave. 2/4 orders were messed up, but we're quickly corrected by cooks. A nice employee came out and offered us a free noodle bowl card but it expired in December 2022. Yikes. It's unfortunate because Noodles and Company used to be delicious!

The customer service stinks but the food was awesome. When I walked in they just looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. When I was about to leave out that’s when someone acknowledged me. I noticed when another customer came in she was greeted and helped as soon as she walked in. I guess I wasn’t the right skin color. The stars I gave was for the taste of the food but the service is why I didn’t give but 3. We all should be treated equally.

Best staff of any Noodles I've visited. We love the consistency as all noodles&co should taste the same. Clean dining area and clean freestyle machine.

The day that I dined in at Noodles and Company (or Noodles World Kitchen) was on my 17th birthday in October 2021. I wanted to try Noodles World Kitchen since I have never had it before. I was stunned to learn that Noodles and Company has the concept of selling noodle and pasta dishes from the United States and other nations around the globe. I was also impressed to hear that Noodles World Kitchen makes their some noodles out of vegetables as a vegetarian option on the menu. When I went to Noodles and Company in Liberty, MO, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese and it tasted really delicious. The place had some good service too, and also the Coca-Cola freestyle soda machine for beverage options. I would recommend visiting Noodles World Kitchen if you are interested in trying unique noodle dishes from around the United States or other global countries.Vegetarian options: There a couple of noodles that are made of vegetables or can be help a customer stay healthy at Noodles and Company. There are Zoodles (noodles made from Zucchini), Caulifloodles (noodles made from Cauliflower), and also LEANguini (a portmanteau/word play on the pasta name linguine and the word lean). However, there a couple of with Zoodles, Caulfloodles, and LEANguini from Noodles World Kitchen that also have meat for the flavor, so try to get a noodle dish that has no meat in it all.Dietary restrictions: Noodles and Company STRONGLY recommends that customers ask for a nutrition guide before placing an order in case a customer has a food allergy. Customers can substitute gluten-free pipe tote shell pasta in a noodle dish if they are on a diet or have an allergy. The menu at Noodles World Kitchen states, “2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but calorie needs vary.” The menu also says that customers can request additional nutrition information in case they want to eat less.Kid-friendliness: Most of Noodles and Company’s kids meals feature Noodlemals which are animal-shaped noodles that are kind of look like animal crackers, but in noodle form. The Noodlemals pasta at Noodle World Kitchen is a fun and unique method get children to try any type of pasta. The kids menu section states, “1,200 to 1,400 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice for children ages 4-8, but calorie needs vary” because parents need to be advised to keep their kids healthy.

I ate here within the year 2020-2021, maybe a time later in the year 2021. Service is great! I got food poisoning though the times I went. I erred of caution and got cheese dish, but still got sick. Would love to return, but don’t want to get sick again. So right now, I stay away lol. Hopefully the cook has changed.
