We went because I wanted go try it even though a coworker of my husband said it wasn't that great. The appetizer was amazing we had the pepperoni pinwheel with marinara sauce and they were just out of this world. The pizza itself was delicious and almost as good as the pizza we had in New York. The huge plus side is they allowed us to hangout when the storm hit. The waitress even told my son if it got really bad she would come get him and take him to their freezer which put him at ease, for that we are forever grateful!

I dined in last night and ended up waiting over an hour for dinner AFTER being sat at a dirty table. Not only was this a problem, but we also were never offered water refills and our entire dinner ended up being three hours long because everything took so much time. This is definitely not great service and I don't know if I will be back.

We cake in at 10 p.m. The bartender was very rude. We were tired of waiting for our food order to be taken. We just left. Do not sit at the bar. You will be an inconvenience by them. Horrible
I had a delivery order to pick up. I must have a super power of invisibility because several of the staff walked by me and never acknowledged me. That is fine if the restaurant is busy I get that but the restaurant had very few customers. After standing there for 5 minutes I was finally asked the name on the delivery order. The staff member said they would go and check on it which the never did. They decided to clear tables instead. 10 minutes later I was asked again who I was there for. Staff disappeared for another few minutes. They came back later and said they didn't have any information in the kitchen as to what kind of pizza or the toppings. They did have a ticket for a pizza for the customer at the hostess stand but they needed me to tell them what kind of pizza and toppings my delivery app said was in the order so they could make it. I have now been here for over 15 minutes and and the order is 10 minutes past the pickup time. I said I can't wait. The staff member smuggly said fine. This location use to be an excellent place to pickup from. The orders were always done at or before the pickup time. The staff was always on top of it making sure everyone was taken care of. Whether due to new ownership or new management this place is the pits and it isn't just this visit. It is always like this. I urge all delivery drivers to avoid this Old Chicago location!!! I will never ever accept any offer to pickup from this location again!!!

Husband was salivating for an Old Chicago pizza. He's had them at work in Olathe, KS.We got a medium #7 from the Liberty location. Very dissatisfied. Soggie bottom, sauce was non existent, too much pepperoni, (its cheap). Costly too.

This is my go to drinking spot. Good selection of beer between craft and domestic. Good reward system to earn prizes and money off. But the best part is the bartenders. 10/10 to Mya, Jess, and Grace ?
