The atmosphere is stunning — 3 levels including a rooftop lounge 🌅, a gorgeous bar 🍸, and a full-service restaurant that feels straight out of a beach town.
We tried a TON of dishes and every single one was incredible: 🧀 Burrata – so creamy and fresh 🥟 Wagyu Dumplings & Lobster Wontons – packed with flavor 🍢 Yakitori Sampler – perfectly grilled 🍣 Sushi: Firecracker Roll (our FAVORITE!) + Shrimp Tempura Roll – fresh and delicious 🍝 Truffle Spaghetti with Chicken + Gnocchi Sardi – rich and comforting 🍕 Margherita Pizza – classic and so good 🥩 Steak Frites – cooked perfectly 🍷 Pair it all with a cocktail like Lora – so refreshing! 🍰 Cheesecake for dessert – the perfect ending.

Palm Tree Club has a really cool vibe that makes it stand out. The atmosphere feels fun and relaxed, with plenty of options for where to sit—inside if you want a restaurant vibe, or outside if you’re looking for fresh air and energy.
One of the things I liked most was the dining style. Instead of everything coming out at once, the food arrives as it’s ready. It creates a more casual, unhurried experience where you can just enjoy each dish as it comes.
The food itself was great, with enough variety to keep things interesting. Combined with the laid-back setting, it made for a place I’d definitely go back to.

The Palm Tree Club is such a wonderful place! The whole restaurant has a beautiful beach-inspired theme with soft greens, pink accents, and palm trees that make you feel like you’re on a tropical getaway. The food is absolutely delicious — every dish is full of flavor and perfectly prepared. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff and waiters are so friendly, attentive, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. We made a reservation for four on the rooftop, instead we were sat in the main area downstairs near the stairs. After a friend noticed the mistake, they went up to the hostess stand to check if there was a mistake. Rather than being honest and telling them they overbooked the rooftop, they were told the hostess asked if we preferred inside seating, which was never the case. The only communication we received while being seated was we had a two hour limit. If that was the case, wouldn’t our table be available upstairs where we reserved?? Another staff member came up to our table and said they were working on getting us a table. We were thrilled and decided to close our tab and waited to be moved. An hour goes by, and we keep seeing groups of people taken upstairs to be seated while we waited patiently. We cut our loses and enjoyed our time at another establishment. Would have been great if there was accountability, instead of putting blame on their customers.

Perhaps they just need more time to get the kinks out, but we had really poor service on a Saturday at 2pm. We love the ambiance and the food we tried was good but we were only able to order one drink in 2 hours and when the two aperol spritz arrived they were so melted because they had been sitting by the bar for too long. Our other drinks were also not cold but they didn’t have ice in them to water it down. I walked the spritz up to the bartender and he was happy to replace them, right away and he wasn’t even busy. I know the staff are trying but this is not the first of its concept so the training and staffing should be on point. We will give it another try, maybe in the dining room downstairs, but we were disappointed on our first visit.

Our first visit to The Palm Tree club was great! The wait staff was so friendly and the decor felt so fresh - not your typical KC joint. Our meal was delicious! Definitely get the Karaage Bao Buns, Rigatoni, and the Espresso Martini - Yummmyy!!! We will be back soon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We made a reservation for 4 people specifically for the rooftop. When we arrived, they sat us at a regular table and when we told them we had reserved the rooftop, they brushed it off and said it was full but “we’d be seated shortly.” That was the first lie. Later when our friend asked about it, they actually lied again and said we had agreed to a regular table—which was absolutely NOT true. They were just covering their tracks because they overbooked and gave away the seats upstairs.
We closed our tab for drinks at the table expecting to finally be taken upstairs, and instead sat there watching multiple people get taken up while we were completely ignored. It wasn’t even busy, yet after an HOUR of waiting with zero staff checking in, we finally got fed up and left.
This place clearly has no clue how to run a restaurant. If you tell customers they only have a 2-hour limit, then why wasn’t our table actually ready on time? Why lie instead of being upfront? It’s unprofessional, it’s dishonest, and it’s insulting.
I will never be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, poor management, and zero accountability.
