The long line was expected and I have no problem with that when my food is HOT. The flavor, seasoning lacked the authentic Mexican flavors I expected and they were out of tamales which she did not inform me of when I was told my bill amount when placed the order while waiting in line. It was about 10 mins when I reached the drive tru window I was told no tamales.

Order a Burrito and 3 tacos. Quoted $24. Get charged $43+. ALWAYS GET RECEIPT AND DO NOT DRIVE OFF. Wrong burrito and no tacos, fries instead. Burrito still fire. Be prepared to wait for people yelling about a wrong order. Order in Spanish if you can. Wrong 11pm burrito WAY better than correct 7pm burrito. I’d still go back tomorrow.

I LOVE the food here, but this is not the first late night I've gone and no one has been there when they are supposed to be open ? no sign, no number to call to verify, just a line of people parked there because they think it's open, trying to get food. if their hours changed that's fine, but please update the hours ?

Just went to Pancho, here from Texas and heard it was a must eat. Bought the California burrito and the Texano. Very disappointed with both. The potatoes are not done at all!!! I attempted to call them because line is really long but there is no phone number listed. I would appreciate if they would make this right. I’m going to go back tomorrow to speak with someone. The food still tastes as good as it always has, but the price has shot up so, so, so much. $22 for some carne asada fries, and 2 POWDERED Klass horchatas? I wouldn't have even flinched if the servings were what they used to be, even just 5 years ago. Then, a box of asada fries was HEFTY, enough for 2 or 2 meals. Now, they're maybe, at most, half that, and double the price. I can't say I won't be back, I will, but this place has gone to once or twice a year status. Which is saying a lot from someone who used to live within walking distance and go a few times a week.
