Was as nasty as ive ever had. Do not go unless you speak Spanish. Food was greasy. Some of my order was under cooked other part was over cooked. You would think tortilla would be something that they could handle. To my dismay, it was like rubber. No, seriously rubber.

This evening my fiancé and I decided to grab dinner from Pancho’s. We only ordered a burrito and super nachos. I had the exact order already entered in Uber Eats for pick-up (not delivery) so we could ensure it was correct, but decided to just place it in person through the drive-thru.
When we got to the window, the employee told us our total was $41.74 — over $10 more than the exact same order in Uber Eats, which totaled $31.25. I politely asked if she entered it correctly and mentioned the Uber Eats price, only to be met with a rude, dismissive, “We don’t do online orders.”
It is absolutely ridiculous to charge that price for just nachos and a burrito. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry most of my life — there is no excuse for trying to overcharge a customer by that much or for such unprofessional service. We left without our food and without any intention of ever returning.

This location is one of the worst when you go to the other locations food is cooked properly they have all the sauces available even though this particular location always seem have no guacamole green sauce..they have fell off with the food with attitudes and think the health department should check make sure they are preparing people food safely because every time we go at night it’s like they don’t be wanting you order either thats red flag or idk something not adding up and last night it gave me bad stomach ache I really think the meat was not fully cooked due to color in reflected

Not open late!!!! Last 3 times I have tried to go to panchos it has been closed. Every time has been between Midnight and 1am. The google page as well as sign on the drive thru window says they are open until 2am on weekdays and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Apparently this is not the case.
Very unfortunate because Panchos/Ranchos used to be open 24/7. It was a great late night spot but despite their signage is no longer open late. If they're not going to be open late I wish they would update their hours so I would know not to go there past a certain hour.

The worst quesabrirra I have ever had in my life...the consome just tastes and feels like grease...the cheese is ....idk it's not the right cheese 😞 I wasted my money cuz I can't eat this.... should have stuck with my usual....rolled tacos 😒
