I got soup/sandwhich with a smoothie. The food was pretty much the same as I’ve always gotten from Panera so I’m not complaining there.However. I think this is the worst smoothie I’ve ever had the curse of drinking. It was a “mango” smoothie and was completely white in color (not even slightly yellow). I literally do not think there is any mango in there at all. It only tastes like greek yogurt and nothing else, and it looks like it too.I actually really think they put Greek yogurt and ice in a blender and gave me that (there are still whole chunks of ice present). I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t 8 dollars.

This is the 1st time I've ever rated Panera Bread poorly! BUT!!! Everytime I go to location 1850 W. 39th Street, KCMO 64111, there's NO Bagels in the display between 8AM / 9 AM, EVERYTIME!!! How can you be out of Bagels so early in the morning?!? Plus they didn't even have any Shortbread Cookies at all aka Flip Flop Cookies ? the bad part about this is in order to get to the store you have to park in an covered parking lot, so it's a bit inconvenient to get to. I was going to complain to their Headquarters in St Louis however, they have a poor ranking in solving Customers Complaints! If this restaurant doesn't get it together and keep getting bad reviews they will loose loyal customers ?

This my 10.11 green goddess Cobb salad. I mine lettuce bc that’s all I have. I should have went to Chick fil A. This why I stopped coming the food is way over priced and waited over 5 minutes for it and I was the only customer. I really want my money back this isn’t worth the gas I used on my lunch to come get.

This location has really bad customer service. When the manager is not around their workers don’t know how to show respect for others. Not a good place to go to. I came to pick up an order but the worker just kept talking to her coworker. I even heard them making fun of my name as I walked out the door. Ya need to hire better workers!

I’m not really a salad person but I gave it a try just in case it will change my mind. Well, the meat on the salad tasted good but as for the veggies, I wasn’t able to finish it. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to stick with the meat from other restaurants. The salad looks good though. 3 stars!
