I cannot believe how this pretty hotel gets away with the most horrendous food … risotto watery and tasteless starch, salmon fishy and old, flat bread tasteless, cocktails extremely expensive and tasteless. Never, ever again…. 500$ bill with c- service and food an F!!!!!

Amazing place loved it me and my wife got to experience the igloo and the inside dining and wow every dish was fantastic great presentation and so delicious great selection of beverages and our server I believe was Kelsey helped us out and made sure our night was amazing highly recommend you visit at least once if you are near the views alone is a must

The outdoor pool area was surprisingly not busy last Saturday night and we loved being able to relax in the cozy booths both inside and outside. The food was delicious especially the shrimp tacos.

We went here for an after dinner drink and we sat in the bar (we did not order any food). It was a Thursday night around 8pm and I was surprised at how empty it was - for being so highly rated on Yelp, we expected it to be busier. We ordered two glasses of Davis Bynum Pinot Noir, which sadly they had just run out of, so we had the Sea Sun Pinot Noir and it was terrible. It's a cool spot, but we were underwhelmed.

The drinks were yummy (why I rated 2 stars and not 1), but after taking 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive 1 single drink... takes away the appeal. Absolute worst service I have experienced from a nice cocktail bar. For starters, the server was bossed around by the manager all night, but offered no help in return. It was clear the server could not handle the tables and no one cared to improve our experience. We requested our check 3 times before receiving it and paying 45 minutes later. Offered no compensation or discount for our frustrations. My stop for a quick drink with some friends turned into a 2 and a half hour headache. Not worth the time or money- do not recommend!
We had our company Christmas party here with a large group of 15 and the setting was perfect for Christmas. The cabins and igloos outside were decorated so festively and the service was great throughout. I really enjoyed their chips and meatballs and their holiday cocktails with all the fun names. The views were really pretty at night with the fire on the deck. Felt cozy and was. The service was great throughout.
