I love their down stairs lounge! However, the worst service I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant. The servers and bartenders are ruthless and absolutely rude. I’ll never come here again, encourage anyone to spend their money elsewhere.

Great location. The restaurant is really nice, cozy, and clean. I ordered sweet peanut chicken salad; it was okay not my favorite. But, you must try the tater tots; they were amazing especially with honey mustard. Excellent service and food came in a timely manner.

A great way to start off KC Restaurant week. Chosen by my youngest based on the macroni and cheese offering but we'll worth the visit. We tried about everything on the restaurant week menu and it was all great. The service was very friendly and prompt. A restaurant worth multiple visits, we will be back.

I made reservations for 5 for Restaurant week. Myself and group showed up before scheduled time however were made not accommodated. We waited for some 30-40 minutes without being seated. I don't understand being given a confirmation for time and seating and being forced to leave due to extended wait. Although staff was apologetic this is unacceptable. Don't accept reservations for 5 if unable to accommodate.

A friend and I went for lunch and we both had the grilled cheese sandwich. This was one of the best I have had eating out. My friend had the tomato bisque which was excellent and I had the sweet potato fries. They had too much seasoning for my taste but others may like them. Will definitely go back.
Food was decent, service was terrible. My family and I go to the plaza once a year during Christmas time and this was by far the worst experience.

I sit at the bar every time, always with friends and we get terrific service from Drew consistently. The kale salad is amazing. The grilled cheese is more of a toasted cheese sandwich. Most perfect Manhattans. Currently they're decorated for the holidays so it's awesome in there.
