I purchased bottle and table service $400 minimum after Big Twelve tournament on a Wednesday around 10:45 pm. Website says they are normally closed on Wednesdays but are open until 2:30 Thursday-Saturday. First, they bring out an ice bucket that leaks all over the floor and soaks my buddy's dress shoes. Then they bring our Captain Morgan in a full glass bottle and set it on the table (illegal for hard liquor in kcmo because it could be used as a weapon and the contents are flammable plus shattered glass not good with open toes/heels). Then at 11:30 they call last call and kick out what few customers they had. I tabbed out and went to the restroom. While in there, two bouncers tell me to hurry up and get out or they would kick my ass. I walk outside and call the cops because PBR Big Sky hook, line, and sinkered me out of over $400+. We still had over half our liquor left to drink. Needless to say they did not have their hours posted nor did they inform us when they were closing until they made last call. While waiting for the cops outside PBR Big Sky, some bald guy in a polo and khakis comes up to me and asked me my name. I told him I'm not answering his questions without my attorney and I asked him who he was. He refused to identify himself. I video recorded him until the cops arrived. I assume he worked security for PBR or for the power light district. He seemed furious. I let the cops know what happened just so that I can have more evidence when go to small claims court. Do not ever go to PBR Big Sky! They are a bunch if thieves.

The PBR bar is a fun night life experience. They have a bull to ride. They have great dancers. But don't let the PBR name fool you. This is not a country/cowboy bar. This is a fun fairly classy college bar. Besides the bull riding machine and the chaps worn by the bar staff and dancers, this is similar to most other fun downtown bars. Drinks were fairly expensive. The staff was always great and it is definitely a fun experience.

PBR BIG SKY has hands down the best management I’ve ever had to deal with! My mother in law left a very important and sentimental scarf at the bar after one too many drinks and we were already out of town the next day by the time we realized where we had left it. When I explained the situation, the manager offered to mail it back to us!Between the awesome management, hot dancing bartenders, absolute country BANGERS, and the bull riding.. I can’t recommend this place enough!Thanks again to the best management ever for helping return what may seem like just a simple scarf to my mother in law.

One of Kansas City's greatest bars is PBR! The blackouts on Saturday evenings are a must-do experience, and the music is fantastic. The bartenders are excellent and very friendly. Ania has been my go-to bartender for the past few years; she always makes an incredible cocktail, is quick and efficient, and super personable. If you’re ever in town - check out this bar!
PBR is the best bar in Kansas and Missouri. It is my go to every weekend. The staff is impeccable. My favorite bartender Ania always makes my drinks so yummy. The music and the atmosphere always put in the best mood. 10/10 recommend!!

I was dancing doing my own thing and out of nowhere security started shoving me and ushering me out claiming that I was inappropriately touching women. I was buzzed but completely under control and not harassing anyone. The bouncers didn't even see anything, themselves, they just threw me out based on what I assume to be one person's lie about me.$10 for a simple well whiskey coke. Never coming back.
