We have been going to this location since it opened. We really enjoyed the freshness of the product and the service was usually pretty good. However the last 2 times that we have gone there, we left with nothing. The first time we ordered, they started cooking the food, then I am guessing something was incomplete with the order on front of us, so the proceeded to cook another 2 or 3 items ahead of ours. No biggie. My husband and I both work in the food industry. But as he was cooking the other food he was also attending my order, my husband's order just sat there, burning up on one side. Then someone ordered behind us and the person proceeded with that order, while my husband's order continued to burn. Needless to say, we left. The second occasion was just the evening. There were 3 people working the line. A man walked in just before us. He ordered 2 items. The person cooking had longer hair and no cap or hair net. I was willing to let it slide. (yeah, I know) I really wanted a bowl. We stood in line waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. The 2 on the grill just stood there, constantly stirring the food and jabbering. After about 7 minutes, my husband and I left. And no one said a word while we walked out. I doubt we will return. 🙁

This visit was no different. Mike, as usual, provided amazing service, and both Tyson and Isaiah were incredibly attentive. They nailed my order and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. What stands out most is the consistency: whether the line is wrapped around the building or it’s a quiet evening, Mike and Tyson always deliver with positive energy and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it keeps me coming back. Great team, great food, and always a great experience!

There is a restaurant in Michigan by the name of BIG JOHN STEAK & ONION i started eating at Pepper Jax Grill because I wanted that same great taste of a steak philly just like I got from there. Well, I am no longer consumed with stopping by my old steak sandwich shop in Michigan when I am in town. Can't go wrong with Pepper Jax Grill Don't forget the fries! Everyone's friendly. The dining area and restaurant are very clean. There is plenty of seating. Antioch Rd. Gladstone, MO favorite location.

Witnessed one of the most unprofessional displays I have seen in a long time. Black male berated a Hispanic female in front of customers while the customers waited. Food ended up being overcooked. The male also coughed repeatedly while making the food with no attempt to cover. We usually like Pepperjaxs, but this was a bad experience.

We have come in a few times the past 2 months. Workers are friendly and service has been good but unfortunately things just look unclean and filthy. Dirty tables and floors when we come in and haven't been too busy. The workers will however be on the phone and standing. Disappointing now that places are unkept. I've worked in restaurants since I was 14 years old and always scrubbed and cleaned at the places I've work at-taking pride in my work place. You just don't see this anymore. If stores/restaurants cannot stay clean, then hire a 3rd party if you will not hold your staff accountable for doing so.

Told the man a Philly cheese steak with no peppers and onions shakes his head yes and then he proceeds to put peppers and onions and then I say I don't want peppers and onions and then he tells me that I need to speak up and I said no you need to listen a little better and then refuses to make me my meal so I can't tell you how the food was cuz they never made it thanks.

They say the lobby is closed but there isn't any signs, all the chairs are down and I'm in the lobby ordering my food. There is no drive through. If the lobby was closed then the doors to the lobby would be locked and there would be signs stating the lobby is closed.
