This place has the best philly cheese steak sandwich, i like the staff always friendly and polite, and even though this was my 2nd time eating their food i never got to experience sitting there and enjoying my food. But not this time i definitely took advantage of it being quiet and slow, loved it & btw i added shrimp too & OMG!!!

Ordered delivery. Our food came and was completely wrong. Missing ingredients, some of which we paid extra for, some ingredients added that we didn’t order, and wont eat. I called the store to ask if I brought the food back if they could remake it. The guy on the phone was SO rude. After I explained the situation he audibly sighed before saying “well did you eat any of it? What was wrong with it?” He finally said yes but only after making sure to include that they don’t normally do that but will this one time as if it was my fault they messed up. It was such an off-putting interaction. After all it was their mistake! Can’t say I’m in any hurting to eat from this location again or recommend it to anyone.

I came here with my partner. We were not even greeted. The person cooking food on the grill didn't even say a single word. It was very awkward especially for me since I am hard of hearing. I bought food for my partner but not me. I felt like I basically couldn't. We came here because the Pepper Jax location near us closed so this was very disappointing.

Seems like management had been going downhill for months though. Food was always good when made right, but in the last year it's like all pepperjax employees stopped caring at every location.

We loved the one in mission and after looking at my uber, I just found out that it’s permanently closed and that’s we our order was unfortunately sent to this terrible location. This one needs to close and mission needs to open back up.
Ordered through uber tonight. It came and we didn’t get half of our stuff. No drinks, the Steak bowls were missing almost everything, and when I called the store, the person was rude and tried to say It wasn’t on the ticket. Even though it very much was. My husbands bowl was literally rice, steak, and peppers. No lettuce, cheese, cheese sauce, ranch, nothing.

Food is great. This location itself is awful. I only go once every few months because the customer service is always terrible, tonight I got a double meat rice bowl with half a scoop of rice because they claimed they were out. The staff is always lazy and seem to struggle so hard to do such a simple job. Will not be visiting this location in the future.

We have been going to this location since it opened. We really enjoyed the freshness of the product and the service was usually pretty good. However the last 2 times that we have gone there, we left with nothing. The first time we ordered, they started cooking the food, then I am guessing something was incomplete with the order on front of us, so the proceeded to cook another 2 or 3 items ahead of ours. No biggie. My husband and I both work in the food industry. But as he was cooking the other food he was also attending my order, my husband's order just sat there, burning up on one side. Then someone ordered behind us and the person proceeded with that order, while my husband's order continued to burn. Needless to say, we left. The second occasion was just the evening. There were 3 people working the line. A man walked in just before us. He ordered 2 items. The person cooking had longer hair and no cap or hair net. I was willing to let it slide. (yeah, I know) I really wanted a bowl. We stood in line waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. The 2 on the grill just stood there, constantly stirring the food and jabbering. After about 7 minutes, my husband and I left. And no one said a word while we walked out. I doubt we will return. 🙁

This visit was no different. Mike, as usual, provided amazing service, and both Tyson and Isaiah were incredibly attentive. They nailed my order and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. What stands out most is the consistency: whether the line is wrapped around the building or it’s a quiet evening, Mike and Tyson always deliver with positive energy and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it keeps me coming back. Great team, great food, and always a great experience!
