Tried ordering online. The order form is unusable. Chipotle, qdoba are examples of a normal online menu. Can’t pick any options and it’s unclear what you are ordering. Pepperjax can’t be this ate up.

Went in for lunch around 11, and just wanted fries. When I checked the prices fries were 3.99 for a side of fries and like 5 for the loaded fries. They asked if I wanted some steak on my fries. In my mind it wasnt going to be over 11-12 $. They charged me 17$ for fries with steak before tip. Definitely would not recommend.

I eat here once a week and I get the steak nachos with chips on the side and I absolutely love it.. A little pricey and when I first was told how much it cost for my meal I swore I wouldn't go back but it was delicious even though it really isn't worth the price but I still go once a week.

I’ve only gotten a few to-go orders here within the past couple of months and both times I’ve had a great experience with the employees and the cleanliness of the establishment. Great place to eat but the food was a tad greasy which is fine.

Horrible, will never go back. The service is so rude they absolutely don't appreciate their jobs or the customers that pay them. I'm n the food industry, but I would have never handed out what they bagged up for me while I was paying . horrible experience from the entire staff lead by their manager unfortunately
