Literally every time I come here it’s an expected disappointment. Today though, I’m highly disappointed which caused me to write a review. I went in for cheese fries and came out with soggy fries and hardly any cheese. It’s bad enough the cheese (scoop) is $2.35 but seriously? Now I’m mad at myself for not checking the box and trusting they would give what I paid for.

Have shown up to this location closed 15 20 minutes early several times ive tried to come. Steak bowl only takes a few minutes to make. Understandable everyone wants to go home, but hard to run a business with locked doors

I happened to be here while workers treated a customer like absolute garbage. I was appalled to see employees behind the counter making fun of a woman who wanted her order corrected. I don't know his name but one of them was a man who drives a Tan colored jeep that called the woman "miss piggie".Not the kind of people I'd want serving me, I won't be back

This pepperjax has the worst customer service and employees of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. They are constantly getting my order wrong, and the most recent time when I called to get it corrected, was hung up on. Went to the store to get my order corrected, was made fun of and laughed at, they argued with me saying my order was actually right, when it was clearly wrong, and refused to refund me. Then, while remaking my order, one employee told the other “only give minimum ingredients. She isn’t getting more than she paid for” Then it ended with one employer calling me “Miss Piggie” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

I wish I could give this place a five star rating. I have eaten dine-in here once before. Very clean place! Fast service! But so much seasoning was 'thrown' on the loaded fries that couldn't eat them without having a burning mouth afterwards. I know it happens. Went for take out yesterday because I wanted to try it again in case I had misjudged the first visit. Told the guy to go very light on the seasoning and he did then he was just kind of rude. Eye rolling, sharp voice tone. No "thanks for coming, have a good day, goodbye", not even when I told him to have a good day. Maybe just a bad day for him, I don't know. I think it's hit or miss with this location, sadly.

The bread seemed like it was fresh made. The Philly steak was delicious! Spicy ranch was super good. I didn't order a Philly steak. I ordered a Philly Reuben. But still. Yum!

This restaurant really needs to get rid of the plastic bags when it comes to doordash orders and come out with paper bags like most restaurants when it comes to the doordash order it keeps the food warm compare two plastic bags just my opinion

First I was promoted to leave at least a $7.00 tip after paying $45.00 for 2 Phillies, 2 fries and two drinks. Second when I went to make our drinks. I got ice and then mountain dew since slimy mold floated to the top. So I dumped out went to get Dr. Pepper and same thing happened. I took spout out and it was covered in mold. I took to the work to show them and they looked annoyed that I was showing them someone wasn't doing their job. Other then that food was great. Not a bad place just do better.

Natasha Prater, general manger, allows her employees rudely and unprofessionally prepare a salad with a large lettuce head core laying on top. Upon returning the salad, an apology was demanded from the customer… because returning un-editable food is considered disrespectful at her store. The place is NASTY, and has several health violations. The food is shoddy, the customer service is shoddy, and the management is beyond shoddy!!!!

Pros:1) Varied menu2) Tasty food3) Not too expensive4) Lots of seatingCons:1) Inefficient - there were a good five employees working, but something caused a fairly massive backup in the customer line. Not sure if training new employees or something2) Sad soggy (but tasty) fries3) Felt sort of dirty (crusted urine in the restrooms, dirty screens near the meat)Conjecture:-) Based on previous reviews compared to my experience, I’m thinking there was a number of poor employees laid off around November 2021, and they’re now training new employees (hence the inefficiency)
