Was in town for a football weekend! Looked for a nice rooftop perch for our group of 10. Everyone loved the cocktails, food and atmosphere. Service was great. Would recommend to anyone. Very nice place.

Service was horrible. They need to hire 2x as many servers and/or bartenders. Our waitress came to our table probably once every 20 minutes to see if we needed any more drinks. And then it would take 20 minutes to get our drinks. Couldn't go get them at the bar either because there was a line of about 15-30 people steadily all night. If you're going to charge those prices, the service should be much better.

We absolutely already loved Percheron, but hosting my dad's surprise 70th birthday there elevated our overall experience! So many thank you's to the attentive staff, for taking such great care of dad, and my large family! Everyone enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave! This is only one of many celebrations we have had at Percheron, and we will continue to make it our anchor party place in KC! Thank you endlessly for such a beautiful, thoughtful, experience! The service here was amazing. Everybody is so kind, goes with the flow, and most importantly respectful. Matt is my server and he came off no knowledgeable and friendly, definitely went above and beyond. This is my first time and I’ll definitely be back. Love yall down bad❤️

We had a reservation for 15 people, they ended up giving us our own complete area separate from any other people in a quiet area on the rooftop that had lights above, plenty of chairs and tables for the party. Service was okay, felt like we had to chase down our server at times or order multiple drinks at a time due to how long it took to receive our drinks. Hostess was great, ensured our reserved area was protected the entire night.

Unfortunately, the service was very subpar last night. It took a long time to get drinks and food and our server kept disappearing. I felt the service food and drinks were overpriced for the quality. For two glasses of wine and the short rib my bill was almost $60 for subpar service. One of my friends had to go to the bar to get a missing drink for our table. Don't know if we will be returning.

You pay 5 dollars for parking(or 17 for valet), to wait to be seated, to not have a server, to pay 15 dollars for 1 drink. The math ain’t mathing 🙂↔️

We had been to Percheron a few times before and weren't very pleased so we thought we'd try it one more time with friends. This time we had fantastic service drinks and food. It was a celebration for a friend's birthday, and they truly enjoyed their experience as well! Thank you Percheron! We will be back!
