Was in town for a football weekend! Looked for a nice rooftop perch for our group of 10. Everyone loved the cocktails, food and atmosphere. Service was great. Would recommend to anyone. Very nice place.

Service was horrible. They need to hire 2x as many servers and/or bartenders. Our waitress came to our table probably once every 20 minutes to see if we needed any more drinks. And then it would take 20 minutes to get our drinks. Couldn't go get them at the bar either because there was a line of about 15-30 people steadily all night. If you're going to charge those prices, the service should be much better.

We absolutely already loved Percheron, but hosting my dad's surprise 70th birthday there elevated our overall experience! So many thank you's to the attentive staff, for taking such great care of dad, and my large family! Everyone enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave! This is only one of many celebrations we have had at Percheron, and we will continue to make it our anchor party place in KC! Thank you endlessly for such a beautiful, thoughtful, experience! We had a reservation for 15 people, they ended up giving us our own complete area separate from any other people in a quiet area on the rooftop that had lights above, plenty of chairs and tables for the party. Service was okay, felt like we had to chase down our server at times or order multiple drinks at a time due to how long it took to receive our drinks. Hostess was great, ensured our reserved area was protected the entire night.

Unfortunately, the service was very subpar last night. It took a long time to get drinks and food and our server kept disappearing. I felt the service food and drinks were overpriced for the quality. For two glasses of wine and the short rib my bill was almost $60 for subpar service. One of my friends had to go to the bar to get a missing drink for our table. Don't know if we will be returning.

We had been to Percheron a few times before and weren't very pleased so we thought we'd try it one more time with friends. This time we had fantastic service drinks and food. It was a celebration for a friend's birthday, and they truly enjoyed their experience as well! Thank you Percheron! We will be back!

The views were great, but the service was so slow. I have had slow service here in the past, and just figured it was partly because I didn't have a reservation this time had a reservation. We were there for over 2 hours and only had the chance to order drinks 2 times, both of which we had to hunt down our server to do so. With how expensive the drinks are, I would expect more timely service.

They were able to help move my reservation back from 730 to 930 because we were running late. We tried to put a food order in and then were told the kitchen is closed. The waitress was super good though!

On a Friday night- this place is like a club. I was really hoping for skyline classy ambiance- but that wasn't it. We were say that a table where half of it is booth seating and you sit so low your knees are in your chest. Not what I had hoped.

I thought this would be a lot cooler than it was. It was extremely crowded and busy and our service was marginal. They added an automatic 20% gratuity. The drinks were extremely expensive and just ok in flavor. You don't need to make a reservation, but if you don't, you have to wait in a crazy long line to get a drink
We always have a great time at Pecheron! The drinks are top-notch, the snacks hit the spot, and the rooftop view of Kansas City is just unbeatable. Perfect spot to unwind and take in the skyline. Definitely a solid spot.

I will say, how they serve parties of 6-16 is kind of odd… We were told that we could only have 5 tabs open at the table through our server and everyone else had to go to the bar to order food or drinks (which were a bit overpriced IMO). I had a group of 16 and it just became a bit confusing. I assume it’s because of the way tips would be dispersed so I recommend having two servers (one per 8 guests) to help with tip sharing and service.
