Wish I didn’t have to give one star... due to health conditions there was MULTIPLE shards of plastic in my order! After having my throat scratched and cut i was still treated as if there wasn’t an issue and simple told “Our bad” ! The food was great but only for the people living on the adventurous side. Life or death pho so good luck and check your broth

The food was alright, but the costumer surface was not good. They limit the paper towels that they give out. Non are on the table, you have to ask them if you could get some paper towels.

I had the quail and seafood pho, but without the mussels. Fantastic, I loved it. The skin of the quail was flavorful and crispy, the meat juicy and delicious. The pho was outstanding. Full flavor, hearty broth with a good amount of meat and rice noodles.Plenty of space between tables, employees wear masks, bathroom was clean, food was excellent.

I first came here 15+ years ago. Still love it! Food is fast, inexpensive, and sooo delicious. Neighborhood is perfectly safe. Egg noodle and wonton soup is my go to. Spring rolls are the best in town.

The Pho is really good and their portions are huge. Caution if you get it to go because the broth and container are insanely hot.
Got a pho and fried rice to go. It was well packaged and was so delicious! I will definitely come back again.

First time trying Pho Kim. Went to Yelp to look at a menu because there is no website for Pho Kim. The Menu on Yelp was outdated and we ordered off of it. So obviously there was a mix up with what we thought we ordered. I called to tell them that our order was wrong and the woman I talked to informed me about the menu mix up. I said it was fine and that we would it eat. Ended the call. The woman proceeded to call me back after to tell me that next time I that instead of using the menu item number I should say what I want. The issues I have here: 1) She never offered to help us fix our mix up. 2) She called me back to tell me how it was my fault after I told her it was fine. 3) I don't expect every small business to have a website, but please try your best to manage your web presence and menus. Yelp is a massive platform that people use for references and menus. Please try to manage it. 4) Just want to restate this... After a customer tells you that a service issue is fine do not call them back.
