Our Go-To Spot for 6 Years! Consistent, Delicious, and Incredibly Personal Service. We have been coming to Pho Lan KC for about six years, and it is hands-down one of our favorite and most consistent restaurants in the city. The food is always fantastic, but what truly makes this place special is the service. We were so impressed when one of the servers (he's not very talkative, but he's incredibly attentive) recognized us without us ever having to introduce ourselves. Now, when we come in, he remembers our orders and makes sure we have everything we want every single visit. It's that kind of personal touch that makes you feel genuinely welcome and valued. As for the food, it's always reliably delicious. My personal favorites are the beef Pho and the Vietnamese meatball Pho. My wife absolutely loves their beef Pho, the Vietnamese fried rice, and the deep-fried egg rolls. If you're looking for amazing Vietnamese food and service that truly goes above and beyond, you have to try Pho Lan KC!

Stopped here while I was visiting from the STL area. Parking looked limited from a glance but we went at a not busy time. Food came out pretty quick when we went around 2/3pm, excellent Pho (I got the Pho Bo Vien and my friend got Pho Tai and we thought both were excellent). My friend liked the tea. We got the quail appetizer as well and thought it was good. You get pretty large food portions here and the prices are very reasonable. Would be happy to go again if I'm ever back in town for a concert.

Food at this place is truly wonderful. In my opinion one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in KC. Lately though service has been lacking - dirty tables, rude waiters, etc. Took my Mom to eat there and she took a little too long choosing a dish. That appears to be a no no. Waiter actually got mad at my 81 year old Mom b/c she was slow to decide. Asked him to clean the table and basically he stopped servicing us. A shame b/c the food is actually very good.

Friendly service, good food. My fresh roll was premade so the rice paper was extra gooey but the flavor was still there. Just made them a bit chewier. Had pho and a rice noodle bowl. So much left overs!
