My peppers had the hard part. I call it the butt. I bit into my sandwich and I hurt my tooth. So I decided to open up the sandwich and I had two hard peppers and one hard tomato.What ever happened to a pickle.. this is called pickleman's.I guess they don't give them out. I did take a picture.

This place has good customer service but I gave them a maybe because they don't wash their hands. They literally have a sink that says " employees must wash those hands" but they don't. They touch payments apply gloves, sweep and mop and apply gloves. I never once say anyone was their hands.

Our food arrived an hour after it was out for delivery. Food was cold and stale as if it had been cooked hours prior. Customer service is rude, we were hung up on 3 times from a “manager” do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money at this location.

So if you've spent any amount of time in St Louis you know PICKLEMANS is amazing! However this is the nastiest worst PICKLEMANS around. Save your money and drive to the one in St Louis instead. The meat was dry and old tasting, the bread was extra burnt and falling apart, I will never recommend PICKLEMANS in KC to anyone for any reason I want my $20.76 back

My past experience at this restaurant have all been outstanding however, today the lady that made my sandwich, put it in the toaster, then came to collect my money which was cash with the same gloves on the money give me back change and then go back to making my sandwich with the same gloves on! That is beyond disgusting. It literally takes one minute to wash your hands and re-glove up.

The older gentleman with the mustache who I assume is the manager was incredibly rude today. I think he was overwhelmed but it was no excuse to talk to me the way he did. My first instinct was to say he was being racist because the gentleman right after was treated very differently. I asked him for macaroni with chipotle and he lost his mind saying I already had a chipotle sandwich. As if that matters? I came in about 12:40-12:50ish. I might file a review with the BBB because this is the rudest I’ve ever been treated. He’s lucky I’m a decent person because he really pushed me today and I almost cussed him out. I won’t be back.
Stopped by to pick up our favorite sandwiches to end the night and the male worker (only worker this night that we saw - New Year’s Eve night) who made our sandwiches was constantly wiping his mouth with his hands while making our sandwiches. He was acting a bit bizarre and was singing to us. He also did not seem to be coherent. Created a weird environment for us to be able to say anything because no other workers were present.

For the first time in my entire life of 45 years, a driver actually called me after he delivered my food to say he forgot the Chocolate Milk, AND ACTUALLY DROVE BACK TO DROP IT OFF. Nobody does that anymore!! Thats why i like to order deluvery straight from Pickleman's.Give that guy a raise and a new car!

Should have gone to Jersey Mikes! This was expensive for two sandwiches 2 servings of Mac and Cheese and a serving of I don’t want to be here attitude. $42.00 had to ask for pickles to go on the sandwich.
