We arrived as a group of 9 and all left satisfied. The burgers matched what we had seen on their online menu. Our orders included the Classic Burger, Pork Brisket Sandwich, and Pulled Pork Pigwich. While they appeared small, they were packed. The beef and pork were seasoned well. The patties were not oily like most places and yet still good. The fries were addictively tasty. Despite being full, everyone was eager to help finish the fries that we overordered.

We came here as a group and I split the West Bottoms burger with my mom. It was an amazing, quality burger. The price was great and not too expensive. And THE FRIES. Those are one of my favorite fries I've ever had, so make sure to get those.The inside can get a little crammed so I'd sit outside if you can. If you're in the area, this is a great place to get a quick, good lunch.Vegetarian options: They have a couple items without meat, although they aren't labeled as vegetarian. Someone in my group got the tomato and cheese hoagie and it looked really good.Kid-friendliness: I would recommend taking your kids to this place. They have a small but quality kids menu (3 options) and they're not too small. Cheap too!

This place is such a vibe. 2nd time I've been here and the food is so good, the prices are great and staff is friendly. Planning on working my way through the menu. Also the handcrafted root beer they sell is so good!

First time there. We both had the Cuban sandwich and one side of fries to go.The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. The food was great, and the fries were still pretty warm by the time we finally got home.The only semi-negative is that it was difficult for my husband, who is currently using a walker due to surgery, to get up the stairs at the entrance. We will definitely stop again.

First visit and my husband was confused when he received our order at the counter.The woman taking the order followed him back to our table and in a very aggressive manner proceeds to berate him over not reading the full description before placing order.I interrupted and said we could take the slaw off the meat and she turns and shouts at me that she can have our order remade and she wanted him happy with his food.We respectively declined as her outburst was embarrassing. This woman’s inability to respectfully communicate and lack of control over her emotions was not worth what we spent not to mention her outburst took place in front of our son. She does not need to be at the register taking orders until she receives anger management therapy.

2/24/24First time visiting for lunch & exceeded expectations. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a pint of french fries. When I tell you this pulled pork was the best i've ever had, that is saying a lot from a huge bbq fan. The pulled pork had the best smoked flavor and perfectly cooked. The french fries also were delicious. Prices are reasonable for the portions you recieve and the service is excellent.When I was there, there was a line although, It took less than 15 min to order & get our food served, so very good service.Thank you pigwich, we will be back to try other menu items.
