June 2022. Ordered the Herbivore style fries, Buffalo fries, classic burger, Oreo milkshake and strawberry milkshake. Everything, but the burger was good. Definitely try the fries and milkshakes. The burger wasn’t cooked all the way through and it just made the entire thing gross (see picture of pink patty). Took a few bites and it was tough to eat, most of the burger was left untouched, inedible. Ask for the patty to be cooked very well if ordering. There’s a paid parking lot across the street or street parking.

Great lunch! All plant based - including the milkshakes. The burger and fries are delicious. The staff is really friendly and helpful with directions for folks visiting the city.

One of my vegan pregnancy clients recommended this local spot and it didn't disappoint. My husband (not vegan) loved the spicy burger and oat milk Oreo "milkshake." I loved my beet burger, even though I'm generally not a fan of beets, and my matcha oatmilk milkshake. Go here if you're in KC!

If you're looking for the best tasting vegan burgers of all time, let's just say you've come to the right place. I've tried the Classic, Double Cheese and Breakfast burger and neither disappoint hence, I doubt you'll go wrong with any other options for that matter! But if you want to play it safe, the Breakfast Burger is a SOLID go to AND DON'T, even get me started on the fries ???????? fries can potentially steal the show but what you're really gonna want and can't get enough of, is the Fresas con Crema shake. ?????? take me to the nearest launch pad and blast me off into space with THIS shake? I might not come back if it wasn't for my family ?? no but really, you want a full meal? Have yourself a burger, fries and a shake. Thank me later.

Absolutely delicious vegan food served by a friendly staff in an open counter service style restaurant. We absolutely loved it! The burgers were perfect. I'd recommend the KC style fries for anyone visiting - they have that delicious KC BBQ sauce that the city is known for.

Great place. Gives you piece of mind that nothing is mixed in with meat. The chicken tenders taste great! The beef burger is under seasoned but perfect texture. And the impossible burger is perfectly cooked

PBB produced one of the best burgers I have eaten in my nearly 70 years. A legitimate quarter pound hamburger (no cheese please) with a wonderful savory seasoning that I haven't tasted before.

I got the Jr cheese burger and fries for the kid and he loved it. I don't know what they have in that sauce but it is amazing. Also, house cooked fries are perfection. Delicious and crispy with the perfect amount of salt.Only knock is they don't have beer or a soda fountain. Although you can get a can of soda. Which is fine.

The food at this restaurant will provide you enough sustenance and flavors to where you won’t even ask yourself where is the meat? The service is exemplary and the quality of the food is impeccable. Everyone should give this place a try because the food is amazingly good
Great burger, fries, and shake. The fries are made with starch, so they are especially good. The charcoal bun gave the burger a nice earthy flavor. The shake was a bit pricey but very good.

This is 100% vegan and you would not know it! I am not vegan, I love a great burger and this burger was delicious and satisfying. Although it is pricey, 11$ for a single classic, we shared a large order of Buffalo fries 14$ but the portion was literally enough for 4 people! They cook the food in the open kitchen where you can see what's going on and the service was great. So don't get hung up on this being vegan...its a great burger!

We ordered the special fries and two burgers. The one in black bread was the beans and carrots and omg it was delicious!!! The other one was really good too, with a texture and flavor a lot more similar to meat.Everything was so good and they were so nice to us. We got there right when they opened and we had our food within 15 minutes. The double cheese burger was amazing and the KC style fries were good as well. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because the beet burger was not as good as I remembered, but it might've just been a bad day. I'm still recommending this place to anyone who loves vegan food!
