Piropos Restaurant "A Taste of Argentina well served”

One of our favorite places! Food is always wonderful and as a plus, they also have a nice range of gluten free options for me.

Beautiful restaurant! Food was amazing. For an appetizer we had the Ceviche, delicious.I had the Peppercorn filet, sautéed mushrooms, potatoes au gratin and sautéed spinach. My wife had pasta carbonara. Desert was cheesecake and a bread pudding. Everything was phenomenal!

The food was great, as always. The waiter Jace was lovely and attentive. It's a pricey place but it's worth it. My only issue this time is that when he packaged our to-go boxes (we only ate half of our meal), he gave us the wrong one-so we got someone else's leftovers. Basically, I wasted $50 on food I didn't get to take with me. And someone else wanted money as well.

Another great meal here! Since our first date was at the original Piropos in Parkville, we spend our all of our anniversaries with them! Food fantastic, Service outstanding, ambience eclectic and fun! Looking forward to more anniversaries in the future 🥰

Excellent from the greeting and seating. Server very knowledgeable and 100% on point with selections. This was for my 65th birthday and it did not disappoint!! Will be back.

My wife and I recently went here for the first time, and the food and hospitality staff were WONDERFUL. However..
My wife and I chose Piropos to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary, and let me start byy saying that the food, the environment, the decor, everything was fantastic. Unfortunately, the service we received was extremely disappointing. We were immediately treated as if we were a bother or an inconvenience by coming in. I was very put off by this, because we had just told her (our server) that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and that neither one of us had been to this restaurant before and we were both excited.

When it came time to order, she was very vauge in making recommendations in food, and very quickly offered one or two white wines when asked what would pair best with my dish. It all just felt very rushed. She never congratulated us on our wedding anniversary or welcomed us in. We felt that she wanted us in and out. Overall, we were very pleased with the food and hospitality staff, just very disappointed that our server wasn't interested in making our special evening any more memorable.
We will return, but will request not to be seated with this particular server.

The restaurant's ambience and food are excellent. Our server was friendly and offered good advice regarding menu choices but was not very attentive.

The corner table has an unsatisfactory view. I hope they make the corner a server support nook.

Went here for a workplace dinner.

Didn’t discuss how to cook steak, but the steak was well seasoned.
Salad was the definition of uninspired.
Didn’t ask if I’d like to drink anything.
One person was waiting for their steak for a longer time and wasn’t garnished- clear it was on the fly.
Chocolate cake was dry.
Ingredients were average.

This was our 3rd year to visit Piropos for our anniversary dinner. As always, the meal was very good, server (Jackie) was excellent, and surroundings very amicable. This will continue to be our anniversary rendezvous.

Proposed is always excellent. Both food and service are the best. Pepper encrusted filled is awesome, as is the Augratin potato and spinach. The Chop salad is the best
