This time I had an issue, I ordered on line. When I placed the order I didn't realize that carry out was elected- I needed delivery, therefore in order to select delivery I had to cancel out carry out which means the order starts over. When I placed the first order I was using my 200 points toward a medium. When I changed it to delivery an error popped up. So, I ordered pizza off the $7 menu since it wouldn't let me use my points I went ahead and pay for the pizza. I was charged $40.07. When the order arrived the 2liter pop wasn't delivered. I did contact Pizza hut and they did gave someone delivery it. When I was checking my pizza hut account I noticed that they also took out $25.02 for the carry out order which I never picked up I never received, now trying to get customer service I am getting the run around. Everything can be verified by receipts. Several solutions, Refund the $25.02, replace the 200 points are give me a credit for the$25.02.

I DoorDash here almost everyday this new generation of employees just don’t acknowledge they costumers when they walk through the door. And it takes so long to get your food no one wants to communicate with on why the reason is and when your waiting on pick up the pick up area is simply packed. We got to do better it’s not just here but also McDonald’s, and Burger King in the blue ridge areas as well

Terrible place Will not order there as much as I did before. Hopefully I don't order at all. They make up this 5 star to make it look good On the top for the gerald classification I gave on one star. Food 1 star service 1star One star for atmosphere so this review can be misleading. They add up all the stars in 5 categories and give it 5 stars. For me They should have five stars across all Questions n not ed them up together this is To make it look like they got a better review
Food was ready on time,employees nice. I wish pizza hut provided plates and napkins like dominoes does though.
