If a zero was an option…. Went to pick up order. Open. There wasn’t a sign on door saying drive thru only. Employee on bench on her phone. Then yells at me to go around. Rudely. Get to drive thru window and she sarcastically says ‘name?’ I tell her and she just shuts the window and walks off. Comes back with order and hands it to me without a word until she starts to shut window and in a not so nice way ‘hope your night gets better’ and walks away. I never said a word to her except to tell her the name on the order. Manager was sitting at counter doing paperwork I assume. He said nothing. I drove off and will not be back to this location ever.

While picking up a DoorDash order I was watched what I believe was the manager (mid 30s male with a red beanie on) talked down to an employee. The store was very busy with orders and he was standing there eating while the employee was struggling to keep up. He laughed and was mocking him about needing help.

This place is now a good place to eat at from Monday-Sunday the service is great it’s these two guys I’ve never seen working there before that works there now and since I went I was amazed at what my decision of my out come was it was fast good and fresh I’ve been going back to this Claycomo location since I would recommend anyone to go here please give them a second chance of redemption I promise you want be disappointed I’m not so I give them 5 stars on service and 5 star overall on everything

The food is good but they have some shady people working here. I had my mom pick up a pizza at the claycomo location through the drive thru and the guy didn't give me my change back, he's a thief. I will not go back even if you offended me a free pizza there's no amount of money that can justify thievery.

I (female) and my 9yr old son were at a hotel 3 minutes from this location. I live in Omaha, NE. I was supposed to go home that day but my truck unexpectedly wouldn't start when leaving so I was stuck there another night (unexpectedly having to pay over $100 for another night). I spent from check out at 12pm with no auto shops open and not knowing anybody trying to get my truck to start. By the time I gave up and started waiting for help from Omaha it was around 7pm. I believe the order I placed was stated to arrive in maximum 45 minutes of ordering (which was already long with the meter showing not busy online). The food was not delivered until almost 40 minutes AFTER the guaranteed max time. I had called the store multiple times in that time to no answer, finally the call center answered and I went over what was the concern. While on the phone with Pizza Hut Customer Service, the Pizza Hut driver arrived at my hotel. I stated I was upset it was so late and was confused as the meter showed not busy when ordered and it was so late. The driver told me that "if I wanted my food faster I had to tip". I told him I did tip him (it was a dollar less than the 18% it calculated, as I was low on funds and almost didn't tip at all) and we are like 5 minutes from the restaurant and I wouldn't have even been there if my truck was running. He literally told me that I did not tip him enough, I couldn't believe it and have NEVER experienced this in ANY business ever, let alone Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut rep heard the whole thing. In addition while on the phone with the rep, I opened the wings I ordered and they were cold and the box was completely flat. The pizza I ordered I could not eat because the box was so flat all the cheese and toppings were stuck to it and cold. I was so upset and my 9 year old was also very hungry and it is now after 9pm that I am talking to a supervisor about this. They offered to contact the restaurant to have the food re-made and re-delivered. I told them that would be crazy because the same guy will be the one to deliver and after the interaction he had with us I did not trust him and asked for a refund since we had to throw away the pizza and my son heated the wings up in the microwave to eat them.
This was on Sunday October 14th and as of 946pm on Wednesday 23rd of October I still have not heard from this restaurant or received my refund. We order frequently from Pizza Hut using the app, I used the app and when I ordered the wings I applied my points that I was still charged full price for the wings which makes it worse. I now have to go out of my way again to contact them or whoever to find out why I have not received my refund as stated on the phone that they had submitted for processing and was supposed to be a maximum of 5 days for me to recieve.

Parking: You put your car in the parking lot and go straight inside. They don't charge for that nope

I should have learned.

A year ago, I ordered a disappointing pizza.

Tonight I tried again and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. Since when is stuffed crust pizza completely flat and devoid of pizza sauce?!?

Get your stuff together, Claycomo Pizza Hut! This is unacceptable!

Also arrived via DoorDash, even though we ordered delivery though Pizza Hut app and the pizza was ice cold upon arrival.

Didn’t go in to this Pizza Hut and instead of one of their drivers they out sourced it to door dash. What I ordered had burnt crust and the meat and everything else was under cooked for me someone else may like it that way but I don’t so they get 3 stars

I was looking for a Pizza Hut with dine-in so I could get some work done while I ate. I drove out of my way to this location bc the Google maps clearly shows a dining room, with fully 15 photos indicating they have seating. They don’t. The employee I spoke to told me they had never had a dining room. I ended up still ordering to go, and the service and food were good, but I’m still quite annoyed at the false impression on the google page that caused me to go out of my way and even pass up other Pizza Hut locations on my route.
