Pizza Hut is hit and miss on their food, nothing consistent. One time, my lemon pepper wings were so delicious, so at a later day, I went back for more. They were horrible!! Delivery service is the same. Sometimes, they tell you 30 minutes and their good. Other times they say 30 mins and they never come. I don't eat their food much at all. Oh! they don't give out coupons anymore.🤨

Sometimes they get the quality of the food correctly. But they offer curbside but hardly want to come out to deliver your food curbside. Then when you call the restaurant they immediately put you on hold for over 5 minutes and you end up coming inside just to find no customers in the lobby and the workers in the back standing around not really doing anything. It's just really hard to find good food and good service anywhere.

Pretty good location and convenient in the neighborhood being right off the highway and close to Wornall. Always get my order right, and tend to never have to wait and they stay up to like midnight on the weekends!

Workers were cussing while on their phones and couldn’t get them to come to front desk to help me and when she did come to “help” the chic wearing the black glasses was rude and ridiculous. Won’t visit this Pizza Hut again. 1 star is being generous. The two girls working were so engrossed in talking about folks they were not concerned about helping patrons

Ordered a Pizz Hut pizza. I have never had any issues at this Pizza Hut, they always have my order ready, it has not been wrong and they're friendly there.
Worst employees ever. Ordered a carry out and when I got there my pizza was ready and sitting in the warmer, and there were 3 people in line ahead of me. I literally stood there for over 30 minutes while they slowly moped around and pretended I wasn’t there, and then got an attitude with me when I asked for my pizza, which was now old af and terrible.

First couple orders great! Tonight, no pizza has been delivered and nobody is answering the phone. They took my money but no food. The app says still preparing an hour later. Hungry and not happy.

Had a frustrating experience. I ordered three pizzas and two 2-liters, but only received one 2-liter and two of my pizzas (specifically didn't receive the pizza I had ordered for someone with dietary restrictions so when it didn't come, they just didn't have food).Tried to call the store to get it fixed but was repeatedly placed on hold and abandoned. Finally got a customer service rep and requested a refund and they said all they could do was put a credit *on my phone number* so that the next time I ordered pizza, I would have to call their special number and order through them. They couldn't actually give me my money back, just a credit I would have to call a special number to even use.They said the actual store had the ability to refund my money, but that there wasn't anything they could do because the store wasn't answering the phone so it was take their weird little credit or nothing. They said they would email the store manager and ask them to call me so I could actually get a real refund, but the manager never called me so right now they've basically stolen my money. It's not like it's a lot of money, but if somebody buys something from you and you don't give them what they bought *and* refuse to actually give them their money back, that's stealing.

Finally called after 1 hour past scheduled delivery. Found out they forgot to make my pizza. Offered to go ahead and make it or give me a credit that was half of what I paid. I asked for my money back. I am done with Pizza Hut. This is not the first time something like this has happened with this store. So no more orders from me.
