I Can no longer recommended pictures are attached. Complaint put in manager Shawna disconnected call prior to getting my information for the general Manager. Joel says this is how the oven cooks the pizza. I’m unimpressed and I spent a ton of money with this establishment. Waiting to see if the manager gives me a call will follow up after. 50 dollars well spent (sarcasm).Update: Situation was handled very nice I forgot to catch the store manager name however they got the situation taken care of big shout out to Katie coming in with the top tier customer service. I appreciate you guys.

Says you close at 2:00 am how come I’m here at 1:30 and your already closed. And the lady with pink hair and glasses death glares me as I try to open the door knowing it’s locked!! Love pizza Shuttle but damn man if y’all going close early at least put a sign up.

I have always liked this place as far as food goes. It's pretty good. Their workers and the customer service they give not so much. When I approached the counter the worker at the register stepped away to talk to other co-workers instead of assist me. I had to wait on the other cashier who was busy at the moment. It was rude. I thought people came to work to work not chit chat with coworkers while a customers need help. Will not be tipping next time, as they did not deserve it with the service I received.

Good pizza for the price. I think what really made me happy was the little lakes of grease on top of the pizza when I opened the box. Took me back to college pizza.
If you miss charge me charge me for what I want.no problem .don't tell me you are going to charge me and still don't give me what I'm asking for..then the manager still didn't solve the problem which was simple.charge me and give me what I'm paying for. I'm a regular and had people with me I'm bring here. food good but will not be back.plenty of small business out here. Second bad experience at night.

Got a pizza delivered.... I'm downtown so they didn't have to drive too far ..... Apparently my pizza did not survive the drive.... I can barely eat it because the sight of it, is repulsing. Lololol was it personal at this point??? I just wanted pizza from a good pizza joint ?The video shows parts of the pizza I had to straighten up and try to salvage from being squashed against the side of the pizza box. That one slice that looks bald because all the toppings went sliding along with the left side of the 14 inch pizza..
