Their Subs are delicious, and staff are kind and friendly. The price is good.They don’t seem to use dedicated tools for each type of sandwich. I found some other meat (likely chicken) in my Tuna Sandwich the other day. This might be a nightmare for some people, me included.

I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around. Then I walked off about 15 of those calories & got my juice drink for dessert. Triple yum.

Didn't get my loyalty points due to impatient cashier. Didn't offer any resolution. Too expensive for bad service.Also as other reviewers have mentioned this place is dirty.

I’m an Italian fan of this place! The smoky southwest chicken sandwich was soooo good! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (I’m from Italy, this comment means a lot - im not bragging about it lol) On my next visit to Kansas City, Planet Sub will definitely be my first stop.
