I had my receipt still, too, so I had proof of my purchase.
After realizing it I called the store to get help fixing it and they refused to do anything.
The food is good. Service is fine. But the fact the refuse to help with order mistakes is just wrong.
I suppose they will use the technology excuse and blah blah blah. That's fine. Put the app over the customer. That's okay.
But that's why it's one star.
There should be a way to help a customer in need. All I was asking was for points for a $15.00 order with receipt in hand and am treated like I was trying to scam them or something.

It’s a confusing sub shop. I started with the turkey sub and asked where the add-ons are listed and the cashier said I would have to look at the menu board and read each sandwich and figure it out for myself (she was very nice about it, not her fault) so I did just that. However, there is no price tag for the additional ingredients so you have no idea how much your sub is going to cost. Weird. $11 and change for a 6 inch sub with no side or drink. Bread was fresh despite it being 30 minutes before close.

Planet Sub has a chipotle chicken wrap that I crave now and then. It never disappoints. Spicy and flavorful, stuffed with lots of meat, and served up nice and hot. The service is always friendly. Love this place!

We'd been wondering about Planet Sub for a while and took the plunge today. We should have come here sooner!
I had the Super Hero and my wife and the Green Turkey. (Don't let the 'green' scare you off, it's guac). Both were excellent.
Service was fast and friendly. Prep time was a bit long but we visited right at noon and they were busy; no complaint there.
Atmosphere is a mix of industrial and 60s quasi-psychedelic with some interesting artwork on the walls. It's an interesting departure from the modern sanitary chain eateries.
They use an interesting gimmick to track your order. I won't spoil the fun -- if you want to know, you'll have to stop by. You won't be disappointed!

I'm not one to normally leave bad reviews but I've tried several times with this place and it's just never good. This time in particular I had so little turkey on my sub I had to tear off almost all the bread and I ended up with yellow mustard on my sandwich which I did not request. I tried to scrape it off but it didn't work. I choose this location due to the fact they offer gluten free bread but it's not worth it in my opinion. Only positive was the quickness of the order.

My partner and I placed an order fairly close to closing time, not expecting much. We asked for extra toppings and extra sauce on the side and received exactly that. They were quite possibly the best sandwiches we’ve ever had from a Planet Sub and the gal who gave me my order was an absolute delight. 10/10 would eat again. (plus they wrapped each half of our sandwiches so we could save some for later)

I’ve given this Planet Sub multiple chances, but every single time, they overcook the sandwiches to the point where they’re dry, tough, and just unpleasant to eat.
At first, I thought it was a one-time mistake, but nope, this seems to be their standard way of doing things.
It was empty when I went and not more than a few minute wait. Food was great, I ordered the super hero.

11/15/24 Stopped in because my wife never tried planet sub. So we walk in.. 6pm and dead. One guy waiting and one guy sleeping.
I didn't know what to order so he suggested the chicken experience. Yeah I didn't care for it. Not sure why, just something about it . Can't say what.
They forgot my pickle I ordered. That's ok. I was eating inside. Weird they don't at least cut the whole pickle in half. I mean I don't mind but quarters would be great. At least in half would be perfect. But maybe too much work.
Potato soup was thick but again. Wasn't in the mood for it I guess.
Wife liked what she got. We don't live close so probably won't ever come back.

I really enjoyed coming here! The sandwich was nice and warm when it came out. The sandwiches were exquisite! I would recommend putting napkins with the sandwich when you hand them over. Also, I did not get the theme… Each wall was painted a different color and there was random signs like famous singers, a painting of space, a rocket ship, and a picture of The Beatles. Still really yummy. Would recommend.
