“We love Freestyle, but I caution everyone about online ordering. More often than not, if we order more than one bowl online for pick up or delivery, at least one of them will be wildly incorrect. It literally just happened to us again today. It won’t stop us from ordering again, but it is something we’re always looking out for as this is a pretty common occurrence. Always disappointing, but it happens.“

“This location is amazing! It was our first time at this one and I was excited to try something new! I came with a friend a couple hours before close on a Friday.
The Ramen was absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere was clean and relaxing; the music was nice and i loved the lighting at night. Employees were really nice and made sure we were okay with the kiosk! The only thing that threw me off a bit was the vanilla frozen mochi, because I didn't expect it to have chocolate drizzle. I've never had mochi frozen prior to this experience, and I'm not typically a fan of chocolate, yet despite that, it was really good! I'll definitely be back the next time I go shopping in liberty!“
