Potbelly Sandwich Shop

The 4th time in 2 weeks I go in around half an hour to 45 minutes after opening to pick up a bowl and soup, and it mostly on weekends that they NEVER have soup ready at open or in my case 45 minutes to a hour after open. Its always the same excuse, its not up to temp as they check it in the 3rd pan sitting in the warmer with the other soups, that I assume were not up to temp, when they put them in the warmer, violating the T.D.Z.

1st time visit to a Potbellys. The Wreck sandwich was good, along with the Chicken Pot Pie soup. The wife had the Italian, and she said it was good also. Service was good. They were busy with walk-in like myself and wife, on top of the pick-up orders, which seem to never stop. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Love Potbelly for sandwiches. This location on the Plaza has always nailed the wreck sandwich and the workers are super friendly.

I placed a door dash order. I ordered turkey with mayo and Italian dressing. My sandwich did not have Italian dressing on it. It had oregano all over it. I couldn’t eat it. I paid $20 for a sandwich I can’t eat. I won’t ever order from here again!!!!

Food tasted old as if the meat had been sitting out for a long time. Restaurant was not very clean and bathrooms were out of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and pretty much anything else.

The sandwiches are okay. The dining area was a mess with every table needing to be wiped down and food all over the floor. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing.

I was really looking forward to my delivery but since yall don’t wear hairnets, I just got a refund and ordered somewhere else. This would’ve been my first time ever eating here and I’m really not sure if I’d try again. (That is a black/brown hair, I dye mine red)

This was my first trip to Potbelly. Outside they had a big advertisement for shakes. No one acknowledged me and my husband when we walked in or went to different parts of the counter. There were 3 people behind the counter and they were all so busy talking to one another or playing on their phone I couldn't get a word in. When we finally did get a staff member's attention they acted like we were inconveniencing them for being there. We ordered two sandwiches and when we asked about shakes they told us they are out of milk. I thought it was odd they had advertisements for shakes everywhere but didn't make a sign they were out of milk, which makes me wonder if they just didn't want to make it. When another customer mentioned there was no ice in the soda machine and it's very hot out today one of the staff members snapped back that it's "too hot for the machine to make ice today" which is ridiculous considering every other air conditioned business has no trouble making ice despite the outdoor temperature. I thought it was peculiar that this place was empty for a popular mall area but after the poor customer service and lack of ingredients it all made sense. The sandwiches were good but not enough to go back to this location.

Thank you to Mathews who showed top notch customer service. My family was at the plaza hospital and him hearing that he paid for our whole meal.

A couple days later I walked in by myself (I haven’t meet him up until this point) to pick up a mobile order. They said that the system was malfunctioning and they didn’t have my order. I was obviously frustrated but Mathews went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.

I don’t write Google reviews and honestly my experience wasn’t that great until I got his help. Thank you.

Super kind staff, had the loveliest chat with them, and got the most delicious sandwich! Would recommend this location to everybody

The last few times I’ve been here the customer service has been absolutely terrible. The employees acted inconvenienced when making my meal which was already late (I ordered on the app). They were extremely rude and unprofessional.
