I was waiting for my order when I asked to use the restorative which was locked. The guy told me to wait because he needed to walk over and let me in. I waited 10 mins or so. Finally he came over and he put a code to let me in I understood because it was sort of busy. But this is what I don’t understand. After using the restroom I was still waiting for my order. A minute later a white man goes to the restroom. They verbally gave him the code so he can left himself in and he waited just 15 seconds. I will never go back to a business that treats people differently.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve tried sooo many sandwich shops and nothing compares! Whenever I travel to Kansas City I make it a point to come here, and this specific location. The manager Matthew is one of the nicest people ever! It’s been great to build a genuine connection over time when I travel back home for the holidays. Sandwiches are wonderful, service is wonderful, and Matthew is great😄

I ordered from here for the first time today and it was really great! I placed my order online for pickup and it was ready when I walked over. The guys working greeted everyone when they came in the door and seemed to enjoying their jobs. The food hit the spot on a winter day, hot soup and sandwich!

stopped in for a sandwich and then went back for another one for my gf, everything was great. new prime rib steak sandwich was pretty good. everyone there was fantastic, had a great conversation with a few of the people behind the counter. I rarely leave reviews but it was worth mentioning .
Talk about a disappointment. The sandwiches were cold but this mac and cheese looks like its 3 days old. Unfortunately won't be ordering here again. I also paid for fast delivery so there is no excuse!

i adore this shop. they’ve got one of my favorite sandwiches of all time (The Mediterranean), and i try to pick one up every chance i get! i believe delivery orders can get lost sometimes— happened to me— but things were fixed up super fast when i called! i’m always using the pickup feature in the app, and my orders are always done right on time or even earlier. i’ve only had one order mixup where i received a sandwich with different meat, but i still enjoyed it.

Ordered DoorDash from their location, ended up having to call cause I was having issues with getting my order delivered. Guy I talked with on the phone was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. Even gave me some coupons for the inconvenience. Was so happy that he could help me get my order. 👍🌟
