I walked in, looked at the $1 oat milk upcharge and walked out, The Good Food Institute found that in 2022 cow’s milk costs an average of $4.21 a gallon and oat $7.87; 17¢ on the 5oz in a cappuccino. I’d pay 25¢, but I don’t support places that penalise customers for lessening their impact with a near 600% margin.
They have a vegan burrito that's really good. Great, quiet working environment.

It does not matter the time of day that I visit, their pastries are gone or almost gone. Today was the last time I will visit as it was just after 11 and there were only a handful or pastries and I had to help my daughter while she decided to rearrange their decorations and the person behind me, who had been waiting with me for a good 3-5 minutes, went ahead and took my spot in line. I just scooped my daughter up and left. It was another disappointing experience at this location.

Nice atmosphere ,service is decent at times there is only one personworking which at times can be a Lil bit of a wait to order. Due to only onecemployee but that's normally late evening.

Met some friends for coffee. I had the cold brew. Tasty blend, I will be back!
Was not a huge fan of this place. Felt very judged and the baristas were very rude. Do not recommend!

They just always seem to be closed.
Prefix has some of the best coffee in KC. Tried their catering for some meetings and they went above and beyond to make it happen!
Very sterile, uncomfortable atmosphere, burnt, weak coffee. I didn't stick around very long at all. I threw the coffee away, it was that bad.
