To start off, we went in and ordered on the app. They weren’t busy at all. I told the workers at the front we had ordered online and she said the kitchen would bring it to us. 25+ minutes later, I went to ask about it and it had been sitting at the counter for who knows how long as my food was cold. Chicken was rubbery and very over cooked. Zero flavor to anything and the protein shake wasn’t great either. Pretty disappointed in the quality of food and protein shake for paying over $30 for two items.

The food itself was great; however, it does not justify the price. I understand that pricing is up corporate. It just isn't right to charge $15 for a smoothie and $18-20 for a burger unless you're at a nice sit down restaurant.

Are there twice on a recent trip, the PH burger did not disappoint. Industrial atmosphere. Had the oatmeal on my second visit. It needed more moisture. Overall I would recommend this place for quality ingredients.

The food is so bland and feels cheap. We got the southwest protein bowls and they tasted like a bland Taco Bell burrito bowl meets a keto frozen tv dinner. It was awful. We asked for brown rice and got white, but otherwise the service was fine. My main issue is that $20 for a protein bowl that tastes like it was frozen 30 minutes ago is ridiculous and NOT HEALTHY!!!

Good food and concept but very slow service. We placed an order that included 2 kids meal pancakes. Our order finally came out after about 30 minutes and only received 1 kids meal. We asked the cashier and she confirmed only 1 was rung up. We paid for the second order and waited. I checked for an update after 20 more minutes and I got the impression that they never started. We finally received our order over an hour after placing the original. The cashier was apologetic and did refund the kids order but it was not a good first experience. Dealing with a hungry kid waiting an hour while their sibling has their food was not enjoyable. The table next to us was having problems with the slowness of their order and mistakes made to what they purchased too.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

The food was great and I love the idea of a portobello mushroom as a bun but it was too big to bite into and too hot to pick up. It's looks beautiful tho. I love the high protein after a workout but the prices are quite hefty. Not that it's not worth the price, but it may be that once in a while thing.
I had a to go order and the lady giving me my order had a lot of attitude. When I got home and opened my food the burger was missing the pineapple and was extremely bland.

Ordered the sexy. Salmon was way to over cooked. Veggies and rice were fine. Not a fan of the lime sauce. Get better cooks. The name of the restaurant is already ehh but anyone who over cooks salmon shouldnt be a chef. May try again in 6 months to see if it improved.
