We stopped by here before seeing a show at The Music Hall. It was great because it was within walking distance and we could make a reservation. I have been to the Drum Room countless times and had no idea about the restaurant in the hotel! We decided to split the grilled peach salad, the fried goat cheese salad and a side of fries. Our experience going to Providence for the first time was fantastic. Victoria was our server and she was superb. Very friendly, offered wonderful suggestions of food and drink. Service was fast and food was delicious. The fried Brussel sprout leaves was great and the brick chicken dish was fantastic, easily a dish I want to go back and eat again. The old fashions from Drum Room next door was the best old fashions we have ever had and the brown butter cake dessert did not disappoint....
