Absolutely loved their coffee roast! Went and unfortunately someone took our food order, when I approached the employees they immediately apologized for what occurred. Made the food then refunded the entire order. Their customer service is amazing and they were all very kind and apologetic. Highly recommend, great food, coffee and service!

small little shop that had a very eager to learn and inquisitive barista. I asked if he knew how to make a flat white and he wasn’t fully sure and was a bit apprehensive after I shared my bad experience at a “coffeeshop” just down the street. Ended up making a couple of flat whites and with each, his technique improved and he could actually tell the difference. Had a great conversation with him and will definitely be back to this location in the future. The space itself is cozy, not a lot of seating options but just enough. All the patrons during my visit were their to chat with the exception of one that was working on their laptop. Everything was low key and welcoming about this location with a great staff. Recommend.

Of all my years driving chai lattes, this has been by far the best chai dirty latte I have ever had. It was well worth the walk from the conference center. Also the girl behind the counter was super nice.
Service was great! But... I must have ordered the worst drinks. The coffee was not drinkable. Cold brew with vanilla and the seasonal salted caramel cold brew were not good. We ended up just throwing them away, it was such a waste.

They only had one person working and were out of pumpkin and pecan flavoring and bread for sandwiches. The milk in the flat white tasted sour. The cinnamon roll was bland.

It was a great atmosphere. We walked in off the street after going to the fall festival and the barista was very kind! He made us our drinks and made sure we liked them before we left, and offered to switch them up if we didn't. I got the apple cider which was really good! Would come definitely come back again.

Have only been here once while in town on a business trip. Cold brew and overnight oats for breakfast. Both were excellent and friendly service as well. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in KC again!
